I've seen Tom Homan over and over say these are false charges, and that the FBI and DOJ dropped the case because of a lack of evidence.
Not just Tom Homan's words, but also Kash Patel's and Pam Bondi's words. And the supporting words of several dozen other DOJ investigators who have looked at the case.
