You can lie all you want to yourself but Trump was convicted of fraud. That can happen when you choose to lie about your property being larger than what it is. And Trump very much intended to deceive in his dealings there. He also lost the 2020 election and set those that violently fought law enforcement on Jan 6 in his name free.
