Good’s death hit her family especially hard because it was her older sister’s birthday, her uncle, Robert Ganger, told CNN affiliate KMGH.

Good’s southside Minneapolis home still had holiday decorations on the front porch and in the window Thursday afternoon. Signs of support for Good could be seen in windows around the neighborhood, where she and her family had settled relatively recently, neighbors said. Good had a “really sweet family,” one neighbor told CNN, recalling how Good’s son would sometimes ask to pet their dog.
A few houses down, another neighbor, Clark Hoelscher told CNN, “We saw her kids’ sidewalk drawings during the summer.”
Hoelscher did not know the family personally but would see them in the neighborhood from time to time.
As Hoelscher spoke about Good, a tear streamed down their face. “I’m a parent, I’ve helped raise five children. I have two kiddos that are my own.” “I can’t imagine that they came home and their mom isn’t gonna be there anymore,” Hoelscher explained.
Hoelscher, who is also a teacher, said ICE’s presence in Minneapolis was already having an effect before Wednesday’s shooting.
“We have students and families who are scared to be at school,” Hoelscher said. “It’s really hard when I have a student who misses school, I’m just scared about what’s happened to them or their family members,” they added.
Another community member stood in front of Good’s house for much of the day Thursday, greeting anyone who tried to knock on the door and relaying that Good’s family would release a statement at the appropriate time. “She was a very welcomed member of the community,” neighbor Kimmy Hull said of Good, whose home is less than a mile from where George Floyd was killed in 2020.
Hull said she isn’t surprised by the groundswell of organizing efforts and support in the community.
“What happened with (George) Floyd, there’s a lot of hard things that came out of it. But there’s a lot of really good things. One of the best things was it taught a lot of people how to work together. How to come together,” Hull said.

Another detail I saw in further coverage and video is she was really punching the gas to accelerate EVEN MORE at the ICE agent, but because her tires spun on the ice for a few seconds without moving, she wasn't able to accelerate as fast as she wanted to, not able hit the ICE agent with the impact she wanted to. If she had, that agent would be hospitalized or dead now, and maybe wouldn't have had he fraction of a second to fire his weapon and defend himself.

From what I can observe, people, including doctors in hospitals, are attacked by the Gay/Trans community and broader radical Left for not supporting "gender affirming care" (the delicately softened language for puberty blockers and transgender surgery to change genders.) Even as Europeans are bowing to the science, and moving away from transgender surgery and puberty blockers. The evidence is, Conservatives are on the side of science on this. If parents and medical professionals support this surgery and allow patients to go through with it, these transgenders have 6 times the likelihood of committing suicide, far more than if they were discouraged from medically transitioning. it is a physically painful transition, they often lose sexual function. And it results in a far higher ratio of cancer.
If someone wants to do this trans surgery, and they are an adult over the age of 21 and fully informed of their options and the risks and not pressured into it, they have that right. But many are misled, and not informed.
They are deliberately confused and bullied into something they don't understand before they do it, and it messes them up for life. On Fox News and Newsmax, I've seen dozens of interviews of "de-transitioned" transgenders who went back to their original gender, but who will sill remain damaged for the rest of their lives, manipulated and pressured at a young age into a choice that wasn't right for hem.

Under Biden, they took federal air marshalls off planes and re-deployed them to the Southern border. So even though they were Air Marshall or Florida officers, they had Texas authority given by Texas governor Abbott.
In the case of Minnesota, they have federal auhoritty of DHS wherever they go in the U.S., so who gives a damn what the local Minneapolis police dept, or "tampon" Tim Walz, or mayor Jacob Frey, or state A G Keith Ellison think. If they were Texas or Arizona police officers, then they wouldn't have federal jurisdiction, at least not without Minnesota permission.. But ICE agents are FEDERAL law enforcement officials, so they absolutely do have arrest authority, anywhere in the U.S.
If local officials would not want to give ICE authority in Minnesota, it wouldn't matter, ICE would still have authority under the umbrella of DHS federal authority, that ICE is a sub-department of.
And even though Jacob Frey and Gov "tampon" Tim Walz would not provide city or state law enforcement protection to these ICE agents ( in virtually any other state, local law enforcement would communicate, accompany ICE agents, and back them up), so that situation forced ICE agents to defend themselves in Minneapolis.

Each person arrested had a criminal arrest warrant and was prosecuted beforehand for crimes like murder, rape and trafficking. The "scope" is a judge's federal arrest warrant in each case. And these are federal agents, who have federal dominion to make arrests anywhere in U.S. territory.

Throughout, this guy, if he even actually is or was a law enforcement officer, writes in really silly, overly personal and completely unprofessional language, and cites no specific laws that were 'broken".
In this case, the ICE officer was not standing "directly in front" of Renee Good's vehicle, until she suddenly slammed her SUV in reverse, and then aimed her vehicle right at him. He almost jumped out of he way in time when she drove straight at him. And though from what I could see was not severely hit, Renee Good did glancingly still hit him.
NO ONE would jump into the path of an SUV with the engine revving and coming at him. She caught him off-guard when she backed up, re-positioned and then accellerated. He did not jump into the path, when she backed up and re-positioned her vehicle at him, he was startled and froze for a second or so, then drew his weapon and fired, while almost but not entirely jumping out of the vehicle's path.

Before she backed up, they were all on the driver side of her, only when she backed up and went from a 45-degree angle to a more perpendicular position to the road was the agent in her path. She AIMED her vehicle at him, to either intimidate, injure or kill him. And the ICE agent defended himself and tried to jump out of the path in time.

This spoiled 37-year-old unemployed woman harassed officers every day for weeks. had no job, apparently a trust fund baby. She has made being an "anti-ICE" harasser/activist her full-time obsession. These are ICE agents, sent with warrants issued by judges who have reviewed the cases, ICE agents sent to arrest and deport criminal illegals, that have already previously been arrested and indicted for the crimes ICE is again arresting them for, Many illegals even previously fully prosecuted for violent crimes: murder, rape, child molestation, violent assault, prostitution, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and other things that are unquestionably crimes. These were people already arrested and jailed by local Minneapolis police. That in most of the 50 states, local police would just keep in custody and transfer custody over in handcuffs to ICE agents. I've repeatedly seen the statistic that 70% of those arrested have already been prosecuted and jailed for the crimes ICE is arresting them for. And probably the rest for lesser nonviolent crimes, like say, insurance fraud, or lying on a VISA applicattion, or marrying your brother to get him into the U.S. (yes, we mean YOU, Ilhan Omar).

It is clear from governor Tim Walz, to mayor Jacob Frey, to the uber-woke senior officers of the Minneapolis police department who puddle up at press conferences when they discuss their white guilt and sympathy for criminals, to an incredibly poisonous and corrupt MN attorney general Keith Ellison, to Rep. Ilhan Omar (whose district is part of Minneapolis, and mysteriously went from $35.000 in personal savings a year ago, to $30 MILLION in savings now... on a 175,000 a year salary. *AND* married her brother in a bit of VISA fraud to get her brother illegally into the U.S.

FBI has about 38,000 agents. Of that 5,000 alone were set aside under Biden and Wray to investigate and prosecute January 6th protesters. Plus even more FBI agents tasked with investigating and maliciously prosecuting (to intimidate and silence conservatives nationwide) parents at PTA meetings just obectting to woke indocrinaion in their local schools. And more FBI agents prosecuting pro-life activists who were not blocking or involved in any violence, but were sentenced to years in jail for just PRAYING SILENTLY outside an abortion clinic. But a majority of Americans in Nov 2024 didn't buy that narrative, and saw who the real dangerous radicals in government were.
I'm not comfortable that Kash Patel only fired 2,000 of these FBI agents, and not all 10,000, who are clearly Leftist fanatics to willingly do what they did for four years, and even during Trump's first term, and Obama's 8 years, and as I've cited, even during George W. Bush's 2 terms, to literally thousands of conservatives, AND the Mar A Lago raid. Even in the almost month-old case of Renee Good, I'm willing to at least entertain the idea that the ICE officer acted improperly, even though all that is known at this point (Renee Good slamming her car in reverse, then slamming it in drive, spinning the tires as she attempted to run over the ICE agent even a few seconds sooner, but spun her tires so was not able to hit him with more momentum. But he was still injured and hospitalized with internal bleeding, even with the lesser impact. If her tires had gotten full traction, she likely would have killed him.
Bu in both incidents, and a third, everyone investigating has to objectively consider that ICE or Border Patrol agents could possibly be either innocent or guilty. In the case of Renee Good, I waited for evidence on her behalf to be revealed, but it never came, the evidence all supported the ICE agent's act of shooting to defend himself.

It is our responsibility as Americans to get the truth out there. Petti was not attempting to harm anyone. He was swarmed, beaten, and disarmed by vicious federal agents who were looking for someone to hurt. Once they had removed his gun — which he had a legal permit to carry — they executed him in cold blood by firing numerous bullets into him. What ACTUALLY happened is: You, and the broader Democrat/Left are jumping to make the Pretti shooting fit your narrative, before the facts are known, as you do every single time on a story like this. CNN, MSNOW and the rest of the liberal media are one billion percent in the tank for the Democra/Left and against Trump/Republicans, no matter what the facts. In this particular case, I'm not necessarily saying you're wrong, that this might not be a justified shooting. But I'm saying: Wait for the facts at least a week or so, till we have some details, much more than is known now.
I'm waiting for an FBI or other internal Border Patrol / ICE / DHS investigation to determine precisely what the facts are --with far more detachment and neutrality than the Democrat party and the media.
I watched that video about 15 times, and it's really difficult from the video to determine exactly what happened. And on any network (I watched the same story on Fox, Newsmax, CNN and MSNOW) the video is always very tiny and inset, never enlarged to full screen, and it's often hard to tell even who the protesters are, and who the ICE/BP agents are. These protesters in Minneapolis are harassing and harassing, shouting in the faces of these agents for hours, every day. ICE and BP agents have no local Minnesota State police backup or support , no local Minneapolis police to back them up. And they have people screaming at them from all sides and blowing whistles for hours every day, and they never know when one might come at them, physically assault agents, or pull a gun or other weapon on agents.
That wouldn't hypothetically make it right if agents deliberately or accidentally used excessive force, or just made an honest mistake, but that is the reality of agents' situation in Minneapolis every day. They are totally on their own in Minneapolis, and at times if they don't use force, this mob that outnumbers them could severely beat or kill them, run over them with a car (as happened wih Renee Good, and in hundreds of other clashes with ICE, by both protesters, and by criminals they move to capture). Or protesters could disable agents with tear gas or other weapons so the illegal criminals they are arresting could have an opening to injure or kill the agents. Because the mob is emboldened, no one else, not even local police will come to agents' aid. That's just the reality and context for ICE and BP agents in Minneapolis.
In the video shown, what I saw, this male nurse guy who was shot, named Alex Pretti, age 37, was on the street video-recording agents with his cel phone, while ICE agents pursue illegal criminals. I'll go out on a limb and assume Peretti was not as antagonistic and in agents' faces with smart-alecky insults as Renee Good and her lesbian wife (on video, beyond question) were. But in the Peretti video, agents asked a girl to step out of the way and she wouldn't, and one agent shoved her away and she fell to the ground, and then Alex Pretti jumped in and got between agents and this girl. He interfered. And as we all know now, Pretti was carrying a concealed handgun, and had two clips of extra ammunition

I think both agent Bovino, and DHS secretary Kristi Noem both made presumptuous statements on social media that Pretti was "definitely" there to do violence, or Noem's social media remark that he was a "terrorist". I wish they used lesser rhetoric, that the fact he was so heavily armed "is suspicious", rather than assuming absolute criminal/terrorist intent. Or that Pretti had "POSSIBLE" bad motives, but they overstated the facts, and should have not jumped the gun before investigators confirmed Pretti's known or possible motives, as will become visible from interviewing friends, family members, neighbors, co-workers and from Pretti's own social media posts. I think based on the Left and the liberal media's consistent aggressive narrative in each shooing or riot situation, for going on 2 decades, I think Bovino and Noem both tried to get ahead of that forming Leftist narrative, to establish the narrative themselves first, before the Left defined the narrative and public thought before they could. I think that was a mistake, but I understand why they did it. But my advice to them is the same as I have for you: Wait for the facts from investigators, and then gain trust by telling us the facts when you know them. I think off-the-cuff saying Pretti "definitely" had bad intent, or that he's a "terrorist" , lowers credibility of Bovino and Noem, that like the media and the Democrat leadership, Bovino and Noem ried to just selling a narrative, rather than knowing the facts first. And because they did that, they have to re-establish trust that they are from this point forward consistently sticking to only the known facts, if they want to regain the public's trust.
One report I saw said Pretti was carrying no I.D., which is odd, particularly for someone carrying a gun and fully loaded with 2 extra clips of ammunition. Hypothetically to law enforcement (DEFINITELY not proven or in evidence at this point) is that he could have wanted to hide his identity even if arrested, or could have been on a suicide mission, or a Luigi Mangione type of plan, and not carrying I.D. would prevent him from being identified quickly. Those are the kind of scenarios law enforcement could be looking at.
But back to the video of what happened: A female protester was clashing with the BP agents, the agents yell at her to get out of the way, when she would not, they pushed her away and she fell to the ground. At that point Pretti got involved, trying to help her, and tried to block agents from getting to her. Then it looks to me like agents restrained Pretti for interfering with their work, and pushed him down on the ground to arrest him. Pretti resisted and resisted, and so more officers got involved, and at some point got in a circle around Pretti, attempting to restrain him, and some began kicking him. That could be perceived as excessive force, and maybe it was.
An officer I talked to 30-plus years ago about the Rodney King beating in the L.A. riots was surprisingly against what the L.A. cops did in beating King. He said that it was an embarrassment to cops all over the U.S., that no matter what Rodney King did, even throwing a few punches at the officers (as seen on video) as they tried to cuff King, that their job is only to arrest him, cuff him, put him in the car, and take him to jail, not to administer punishment, no matter what King did to the arresting cops. That punishment should only administered by a judge and prosecutors and a jury, not by police. And he described what the four L.A. officers did as "unprofessional policing." Another rationalization is that the 4 L.A. officers needed to beat Rodney King because he was so much larger than any of the four officers, and they could not otherwise control him. But this same officer said to me that four officers together can easily arrest and cuff a guy as large as Rodney King, WITHOUT resorting to beating him.
So... maybe if they were arresting Alex Pretti, not a huge guy, these agents kicking him used excessive force.
In the agents' defense, in the moment he was struggling with officers and knocked to the ground, his clothes could have been pulled up so his gun became visible, and that panicked one or several of the officers to fire on him. After Pretti was on the ground being kicked, it's hard to see from that point forward the exact moment he was fired on. One report (unknown if that was accurate, or just "breaking news" and not confirmed) said the agents fired ten shots at Pretti.
I actually think Pretti would have been in less danger if he was only struggling with one agent, but in a group around Peretti, other agents might not have known what was happening that the agent closest to Peretti could see. It's all speculation at this point. One agent could have panicked and fired, and others could have drawn their guns and fired, not fully knowing, but trusting that if one saw enough to fire, the other agents figured they were in danger and fired too. Or Pretti could have attempted to draw his gun and fire on them. We don't know, that's what shooting investigations are for.
I will say that, at the early stage, in the three shootings that occurred, the first two Minneapolis ICE shootings were more clearly self-defense by the agents ( the Renee Good, shooting, and the ICE agent who chased an illegal criminal and then was ambushed by two of his criminal illegal friends who beat him with a shovel and a broom until he drew his gun and shot one in the leg).
The third case wih Alex Pretti is more complicated, because he was surrounded by multiple agents, and multiple agents shot Pretti. It is a least initially unclear what exactly happened. Every agent will have to make a statement, and every witness, and even then it might not be clear what happened. Hopefully each agent had a body camera.
I see a least 3 scanarios :
(1) Pretti could have been a real threat to the agents, intending to fire on them.
(2) The agents could have been justified in shooting in legitimate self-defense, where he may NOT have been about to shoot at the agents, but agents had legitimate reason to believe that he would, and fired on him.
(3) Agents could have made a mistake, and fired on him when they shouldn't have.
Frankly, while the shooting might have been justified, multiple agents kicking him on the ground looks like excessive force. That could be excessive force that led to an excessive shooting.
I'd be inclined to say the gun and two clips of ammo make it look like a justified shooting. Why bring that much firepower to a peaceful demonstration?
But I think the kickings will hurt the case for the agents. I'll be interested to see what Alex Pretti's comments to friends, and social media posts reveal about him. Whether he was a radical Leftist revolutionary, or more of a peaceful pacifist. But I question why a pacifist would carry that much firepower, particularly when he knew was going out where he could be involved in verbal or physical confrontation with police. From Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Sandy Hook, the Aurora Colorado movie theatre shooting, and every other case over the last 20 years, there are details we haven' been told yet, that could completely flip our perceptions about how this has been reported. So let's wait for those facts to be revealed.
The skirmish that led to Saturday's fatal shooting of an agitator by Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis and the response that followed were driven by a complex network of far-left organizations with a wide range of causes, a Fox News Digital investigation found.
A coordinated web of encrypted chats, street alerts and tracking of ICE "Abductors" in a sophisticated database reviewed by Fox News Digital shows that agitators were already mobilized at the scene where 37-year-old Alex Pretti was killed minutes before any shots were fired.
ICE and Border Patrol agents were there to arrest an illegal immigrant criminal, and Pretti and others were there, outside a donut shop, to meet them as part of a strategic pattern of organized interference with law enforcement operations.
Over the following hours, a national network of socialist, communist and Marxist-Leninist cells in the United States leveraged the tragic fatality into a nationwide protest operation. While grief and outrage over Pretti's death is genuine, the network's real-time rapid response, using short sensational video clips and emojis as weapons of propaganda, offers a window into the disciplined logistics, messaging and coordination of far-left warriors fomenting insurgency-like confrontation with authorities.
"This level of engineered chaos is unique to Minneapolis. It is the direct consequence of far left agitators, working with local authorities," Vice President JD Vance observed in a Sunday post on X.
The encrypted Signal messages obtained by Fox News Digital in real time show that anti-ICE "rapid responders" were actively tracking, broadcasting and summoning "backup" around federal agents outside Glam Doll Donuts on Nicollet Avenue, where the shooting happened. Local "rapid responders" made at least 26 entries into a database called "MN ICE Plates" in the critical hours before and after the killing, documenting the license plate numbers and details of alleged ICE vehicles they claimed to see around Nicollet Avenue.
The entry at row 344 read, "At the nicollet [sic] murder," chronicling a black Jeep Wagoneer at the location with agents allegedly "involved in shooting." Row 338 had a "Glam Doll Donuts" entry, tracking a black Ford Taurus.
At 9:50 a.m. ET, just before the killing, a user identified as "Willow" shared a 22-second video on an encrypted Signal chat for anti-ICE "rapid responders."
"26and 3rd," wrote "Willow," quickly following up with, "Outside Glam Doll."
The video showed two agents, one wearing a vest marked "POLICE," studying the front door of Glam Doll before walking away, past a sign in the window that read, "ICE OUT OF MINNESOTA."
As the camera rolled, the person filming yelled, "No!"
The camera followed the agents as they returned to a maroon Dodge Durango, passing another sign in the window that read, "ALL WELCOME HERE."
In the video, someone shouted, "Get out of here!"
Just three minutes later, at 9:53 a.m. ET, a second Signal user, "Salacious B. Crumb," escalated the alert, summoning additional responders and citing the same vehicle and agents.
"Backup needed at the Black Forest Inn parking lot on Nicollet Ave just south of 26th Street," the message read.
"Multiple vehicles with many agents appear to be staging there," the alert continued. "One confirmed ICE vehicle seen was a maroon Dodge Durango [plate number], but it has driven away northbound on Nicollet." Fox News Digital has redacted the Florida license plate number included in the original message.
ICE Assistant Director Marcos Charles said Sunday that the violence on the streets was "not a coincidence," considering the "chaos and mayhem" that agitators are fomenting in Minneapolis. At the same press conference, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) Commander-at-Large Greg Bovino confirmed that Pretti was "on the scene several minutes" before the fatal shooting.
Video of the scene shows that as Pretti stepped into the middle of Nicollet Avenue to direct traffic, fellow agitators could be heard blowing whistles to alert locals that ICE officers were around. Soon after, Pretti ended up in a street confrontation with CBP agents, across the street from Glam Doll Donuts outside a worn storefront marked "NEW AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER," a nonprofit focused on immigration entry programs for Somalis.
Within minutes, at about 10:05 a.m. ET, at least one CBP agent shot Pretti, killing him.
Using a red phone emoji to signal an all-points alert, a message blasted out: "?? easy. URGENT: observers urgently requested at glam doll donuts @ 26th & nicollet [sic]," the alert continued. "an observer has been shot by ice, unknown condition, emts [emergency medical technicians] present, please be safe. EDIT: medics requested to join perimeter in case agents start gassing. be aware there are many agents and mpd [Minneapolis Police Department] officers present."
Within minutes, far-left activists descended on Nicollet Avenue. Soon after, a video showed corrugated boxes of supplies apparently lined up on a Minneapolis sidewalk for protesters, including boxes marked "DESINER MASKS" [sic] and "FREE WINTER HATS," next to piles of bottled water.
Within hours, socialist leaders turbocharged their "rapid responders" in Minneapolis and mobilized street protesters from New York City to Los Angeles.
Media outlets, including CNN and MSNOW, described "angry protesters" but failed to identify the ideological networks behind the mobilization, even as protesters flashed their signs with their logos and names, touting socialism, communism and Marxism, on camera.
The Minneapolis activation marked the beginning of an almost instantaneous weekend surge by far-left organizations, including hardened socialist and communist groups operating in an ecosystem that national security experts describe as an insurgent-style operation designed to exploit tragedy to wage a domestic political war.
The strategy mirrors past mobilizations, including the aftermath of George Floyd’s killing in May 2020, and exploits well-intentioned public sympathy by rapidly framing Pretti — an intensive care unit nurse at a Veterans Administration hospital — as a symbol of resistance, much like Renee Good, the first victim of an ICE shooting in Minneapolis.
Just as they responded in real-time to mobilize "comrades" to march on the streets within 12 hours of the U.S. arrest of Venezuelan strongman Nicolás Maduro in early January, socialist, communist and Marxist-Leninist groups now frame their activation as an action within the "belly of the beast" against the "hyperimperialism" of the United States.
Based on a digital analysis of scores of rapid-response messages following the killing on Saturday, a hub of communist and socialist nonprofit organizations emerged as key organizers of the protests. Many of them are funded by American-born billionaire Neville Roy Singham, a self-declared Marxist-Leninist living in Shanghai. Some are also offshoots of the People’s Forum Inc., a nonprofit hub Singham has funded in New York City since 2017 as an "incubator" for socialist and communist groups. At 10:48 a.m. ET, BreakThrough News, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and propaganda arm of the People’s Forum, broke the news widely of the killing, sharing a video recorded from inside the Glam Doll Donut shot of the tussle outside, punctuated by gunshots and frantic narration, "Holy s--t. What the f---!...Did they f---ing kill that guy? F---ing kidding me, dude."
BreakThrough News put a dramatic black-and-white caption over the video: "BREAKING: Another CBP Shooting in Minneapolis." By Sunday afternoon, the video had 4.1 million views, alongside the outlet’s calls to support the People’s Republic of China, Venezuela’s Maduro and the communist revolution in Cuba.
Before the video cuts off, someone can be heard saying, "Yo, we need people on site!"

That's a delusional interpretaion of what the video clearly shows. Pretti first brought a 9mm automatic with 2 extra clips of bullets, at least 30 rounds, loaded up for a conflict. It was also revealed today (by CNN) that Pretti the sainted pacifist, had a cracked rib from another conflict he was in with another ICE agent earlier in the week. For a "peaceful guy who wouldn't hurt anybody", he sure gets in a lot of scraps, and all by aggressively pursuing ICE agents.

There was a woman protester who was getting in the face of a BP agent and wouldn't get away from him, and loudly blew a whistle right in the agent's ear. He could have arrested her, but just shoved her out of the way so he could do his job, and she fell to the ground. That's when Pretti jumped in and began obsructing the BP agent. Then the agent pushed Pretti to the ground to arrest him, and other BP agents began grabbing at Pretti, Pretti he kept thrashing around and resisting arrest. And in the preliminary reports (still investigating) with Preti thrashing around, at some point his gun became visible and one agent yelled gun, and feeling endangered and needing to act, an agent drew his gun and fired at Pretti.
AGAIN, the terrorism expert I quoted above, who has worked for the military, local police, and several federal agencies, says that Pretti to even buy a gun had to go through mandatory training on what to do if armed and encountering a police officer. And that Pretti did the exact opposite of what he was trained to do. He put himself in that situation.
His parents told him 2 weeks ago not to engage agents, not to do "something stupid". Against advice given just 2 weeks before he was shot, he ignored that advice, clashed with agents., and did something stupid. A whole series of stupid things. He came armed, he jumped between an agent and a female protester, already grabbing a BP agent, he further obstructed agents from doing their jobs, then he resisted arrest. If he'd just gone limp at some point, they would have just cuffed him, and he would not have been shot. And the combination of Pretti blocking officers, Pretti thrashing around resisting arrest, and Pretti having a concealed gun, got him killed.

But this was not self-protection, or compliance with gun-laws. Pretti ignored the mandatory concealed-carry training he received, on how to avoid a confrontation with police while carrying a firearm. He did the exact opposite. ARMED, he picked a fight with police. If he did the same thing in any other place with police present, like a shopping mall, or a school, or a church, or a gay night club, he would have similarly been fired upon.
"Right to bear arms" doesn't mean right to go armed into a potential riot situation, physically clash with cops, and make them think you're a Stoneman-Douglas high school type shooter, or a Uvalde type shooter, that they need to draw their guns on before they themselves are fired on by some unpredictable violent guy they don't know.

Alex Pretti was known to the feds and suffered a broken rib in a violent confrontation with agents a week before Border Patrol officers killed him in Minneapolis, according to a report.
Pretti, an ICU nurse, told a pal he saw ICE agents chasing what he described as a family on foot, and stopped his car during the earlier incident around a week before he was shot last Saturday, CNN reported.
He said he pulled over in his car and began shouting and blowing on a whistle, at which point he was tackled by five agents, the source said.
Pretti claimed that one of the agents had left him with a broken rib after leaning on his back, the friend told CNN.
“That day, he thought he was going to die,” the source said, adding that Pretti had been released by agents at the scene.
Federal immigration officers had documented details about Pretti, along with other anti-ICE protesters in Minneapolis in recent weeks, CNN reported.
A memo sent this month to agents dispatched to the city asked them to “capture all images, license plates, identifications, and general information on hotels, agitators, protestors, etc., so we can capture it all in one consolidated form,” the network reported.
Although Pretti’s name was known to federal agents, according to the source, it isn’t known whether his information had been shared via the new intake form.
It also isn’t clear whether Pretti recognized or was recognized by the federal agents he confronted in Minneapolis on Saturday.

Everyone should have the same 2nd Amendment rights. In this case, what I ACTUALLY said is Alex Pretti abused the terms of concealed carry.
You have a right to carry, but there are RULES for concealed carry, and when you fight with cops while carrying a handgun, and you thrash around and make them think you are about to fire on them, they will open fire first, and they did. It increasingly looks like a justified shooting, in self-defense. No normal person can watch the multiple videos of Pretti revealed so far, and seriously allege this guy was "peaceful" or non-threatening.

This Alex Pretti guy not only picked a fight with police and physically confronted them, spitting at them, screaming profanity and insults at them, kicking their vehicles and smashing the tali-light on their SUV, and in every way trying to provoke police to come after him. A week or so after his earlier video-recorded clashes, Pretti on Sunday grabbed at Border Patrol agents when a BP agent pushed another aggressive female protester to the ground because she was blocking the agents from doing their job. And when Pretti jumped in to to clash with an agent, thrashing around as the agent, and more agents, tried to arrest him, eventually Pretti's weapon became visible, and given his aggressiveness, an agent yelled "Gun, gun", and fearing for their safety with a violent armed aggressor, an agent opened fire.
After 5 days now of new video evidence and details against Pretti coming out, it becomes increasingly clear this guy wasn't peaceful and non-threatening, he was out there multiple times (on video) doing his best to provoke a fight wih ICE and BP agents. Even Preti's parents two weeks ago advised him NOT to do... exactly what he did. Regarding Greg Bovino, he has for decades been an officer in charge of Border Patrol, and in the last few months was brought in to ICE operations in several cities like L.A., New Orleans and Minneapolis to assist in ICE operations o arres criminal illegals released in major cities. But Bovino is a senior officer in Border Patrol, at some point would be re-assigned back, and has simply been returned to Border Patrol. He hasnt't been demoted or fired, he's simply been returned to command his region in Border Patrol, rather than continue doing ICE work he was temporarily assigned to assist with.

I'll acknowledge that video of the Alex Pretti shooting is not as clearly on the side of law enforcement as it is in the Renee Good shooting.
But just the same, Alex Pretti is seen in video jumping a Border Patrol agent after the agent pushed aside a female activist who was deliberately preventing him from doing his job. Pretti, as part of a group of activists, jumped in to further obstruct the BP agent from his work, and the agent tried to wrestle Pretti to the ground to arrest him, as Pretty thrashed around and resisted arrest, WHILE ARMED. Because Pretti was resisting arrest, several other Border Patrol agents jumped in to restrain and subdue him, and Pretti continued to resist WHILE ARMED. At some point (unclear in the video) agents saw under his clothes he was carrying a gun, and an agent yelled "gun, GUN!" and one or more agents drew a weapon and fired before they could be fired upon. There is an allegation (unconfirmed) that one of the agents had already confiscated Pretti's weapon before shots were fired. Or alternaely, they could have fired on Pretti while he was still armed. All of these agents had body cameras that document what happened, and will further give testimony to investigators of what they saw, and probably have already given depositions, while events are fresh in their minds.
Don't speculate on what you think I "believe", those are the facts. And neither one of us is professionally employed doing internal investigations of police shootings.
Border Patrol agents in the Pretti shooting tried to de-escalate the situation by restraining and arresting Pretti. It was PRETTI who escalated the situation by thrashing around and resisting arrest by multiple agents, WHILE ARMED with a pistol and two extra clips of ammunition. Highly aggressive and angry and provoking agents on this occasion and in at least 2 prior videotaped incidents. As I said previously, amid confusion of muliple agents trying o restrain Pretti, an agent could have made a mistake when firing on Pretti, but whether 100% by the book or not, there was legitimate reason to think Pretti, armed, posed a threat to them, that justified firing on him.
It has been pointed out that if anything, UNDER-policing ten days prior, when Pretti (ON VIDEO) kicked out the tail-light on an ICE vehicle. Agents on that day got out of their SUV, wrestled Pretti to the ground and cuffed him, but ultimately did not charge him, and let Pretti go. If he had been arrested and jailed as he should have been, he would not have been on the street 10 days later to have continued his aggression against ICE / BP, that got him shot.

"This level of engineered chaos is unique to Minneapolis. It is the direct consequence of far left agitators, working with local authorities," Vice President JD Vance observed in a Sunday post on X.
The encrypted Signal messages obtained by Fox News Digital in real time show that anti-ICE "rapid responders" were actively tracking, broadcasting and summoning "backup" around federal agents outside Glam Doll Donuts on Nicollet Avenue, where the shooting happened. Local "rapid responders" made at least 26 entries into a database called "MN ICE Plates" in the critical hours before and after the killing, documenting the license plate numbers and details of alleged ICE vehicles they claimed to see around Nicollet Avenue.
The entry at row 344 read, "At the nicollet [sic] murder," chronicling a black Jeep Wagoneer at the location with agents allegedly "involved in shooting." Row 338 had a "Glam Doll Donuts" entry, tracking a black Ford Taurus.
At 9:50 a.m. ET, just before the killing, a user identified as "Willow" shared a 22-second video on an encrypted Signal chat for anti-ICE "rapid responders."
"26and 3rd," wrote "Willow," quickly following up with, "Outside Glam Doll."
The video showed two agents, one wearing a vest marked "POLICE," studying the front door of Glam Doll before walking away, past a sign in the window that read, "ICE OUT OF MINNESOTA."
As the camera rolled, the person filming yelled, "No!"
The camera followed the agents as they returned to a maroon Dodge Durango, passing another sign in the window that read, "ALL WELCOME HERE."
In the video, someone shouted, "Get out of here!"
Just three minutes later, at 9:53 a.m. ET, a second Signal user, "Salacious B. Crumb," escalated the alert, summoning additional responders and citing the same vehicle and agents.
"Backup needed at the Black Forest Inn parking lot on Nicollet Ave just south of 26th Street," the message read.
"Multiple vehicles with many agents appear to be staging there," the alert continued. "One confirmed ICE vehicle seen was a maroon Dodge Durango [plate number], but it has driven away northbound on Nicollet." Fox News Digital has redacted the Florida license plate number included in the original message.
ICE Assistant Director Marcos Charles said Sunday that the violence on the streets was "not a coincidence," considering the "chaos and mayhem" that agitators are fomenting in Minneapolis. At the same press conference, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) Commander-at-Large Greg Bovino confirmed that Pretti was "on the scene several minutes" before the fatal shooting.
Video of the scene shows that as Pretti stepped into the middle of Nicollet Avenue to direct traffic, fellow agitators could be heard blowing whistles to alert locals that ICE officers were around. Soon after, Pretti ended up in a street confrontation with CBP agents, across the street from Glam Doll Donuts outside a worn storefront marked "NEW AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER," a nonprofit focused on immigration entry programs for Somalis.
Within minutes, at about 10:05 a.m. ET, at least one CBP agent shot Pretti, killing him.
Using a red phone emoji to signal an all-points alert, a message blasted out: "?? easy. URGENT: observers urgently requested at glam doll donuts @ 26th & nicollet [sic]," the alert continued. "an observer has been shot by ice, unknown condition, emts [emergency medical technicians] present, please be safe. EDIT: medics requested to join perimeter in case agents start gassing. be aware there are many agents and mpd [Minneapolis Police Department] officers present."
Within minutes, far-left activists descended on Nicollet Avenue. Soon after, a video showed corrugated boxes of supplies apparently lined up on a Minneapolis sidewalk for protesters, including boxes marked "DESINER MASKS" [sic] and "FREE WINTER HATS," next to piles of bottled water.
Within hours, socialist leaders turbocharged their "rapid responders" in Minneapolis and mobilized street protesters from New York City to Los Angeles.
Media outlets, including CNN and MSNOW, described "angry protesters" but failed to identify the ideological networks behind the mobilization, even as protesters flashed their signs with their logos and names, touting socialism, communism and Marxism, on camera.
The Minneapolis activation marked the beginning of an almost instantaneous weekend surge by far-left organizations, including hardened socialist and communist groups operating in an ecosystem that national security experts describe as an insurgent-style operation designed to exploit tragedy to wage a domestic political war.
The strategy mirrors past mobilizations, including the aftermath of George Floyd’s killing in May 2020, and exploits well-intentioned public sympathy by rapidly framing Pretti — an intensive care unit nurse at a Veterans Administration hospital — as a symbol of resistance, much like Renee Good, the first victim of an ICE shooting in Minneapolis.
Just as they responded in real-time to mobilize "comrades" to march on the streets within 12 hours of the U.S. arrest of Venezuelan strongman Nicolás Maduro in early January, socialist, communist and Marxist-Leninist groups now frame their activation as an action within the "belly of the beast" against the "hyperimperialism" of the United States.
Based on a digital analysis of scores of rapid-response messages following the killing on Saturday, a hub of communist and socialist nonprofit organizations emerged as key organizers of the protests. Many of them are funded by American-born billionaire Neville Roy Singham, a self-declared Marxist-Leninist living in Shanghai. Some are also offshoots of the People’s Forum Inc., a nonprofit hub Singham has funded in New York City since 2017 as an "incubator" for socialist and communist groups. The People's Forum declined requests for comment.
At 10:48 a.m. ET, BreakThrough News, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and propaganda arm of the People’s Forum, broke the news widely of the killing, sharing a video recorded from inside the Glam Doll Donut shot of the tussle outside, punctuated by gunshots and frantic narration, "Holy s--t. What the f---!...Did they f---ing kill that guy? F---ing kidding me, dude."
BreakThrough News put a dramatic black-and-white caption over the video: "BREAKING: Another CBP Shooting in Minneapolis." By Sunday afternoon, the video had 4.1 million views, alongside the outlet’s calls to support the People’s Republic of China, Venezuela’s Maduro and the communist revolution in Cuba.
Before the video cuts off, someone can be heard saying, "Yo, we need people on site!"
At 11:40 a.m., BreakThrough News broadcast a 39-second video purporting to show state police charging across a street with batons, some falling as clouds of breath rose in the cold air.
Soon after, at 12:24 p.m., the Party for Socialism and Liberation – a political wing of the movement, working with shared leadership at the People’s Forum – published a quickly-made graphic, "CBP MURDERS ANOTHER IN MINNEAPOLIS," and the message, "EXPAND THE GENERAL STRIKE!"
The call for a "general strike," a classic communist tactic, refers to coordinated mass work stoppages aimed at paralyzing civil society to force political – and economic – outcomes.
At 12:33 p.m., the People’s Forum blasted out a bold red-and-white poster to followers, calling for an "EMERGENCY PROTEST" at 4 p.m. ET at Union Square in midtown Manhattan, with the message, "STOP ICE TERROR."
In lockstep, at 12:57 p.m., Democratic Socialists of America, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that elected Zohran Mamdani as mayor of New York City, posted a stark black-and-white graphic on X, calling the killing an "execution" and demanding, "ABOLISH ICE NOW."
At the protest, Linda Sarsour, a Palestinian political operative who has led virulently anti-Israel protests with socialist organizations after the Oct. 7, 2023, attack against Israel by Hamas terrorists, rallied the crowd at the 4 p.m. protest, yelling, "We will bring this country to a halt!" The People’s Forum shared the 22-second video clip with the caption: "?HAPPENING NOW IN NYC."
Other groups mobilized simultaneously, including Freedom Road Socialist Organization, a self-described Marxist-Leninist group that has waved its red flag with its acronym, "FRSO," in the middle of the protests since Good’s killing.
Also active: the Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee, which has led many of the rapid-response efforts and Black Lives Matter chapters, which led the recent stampede through a local Christian church.
By early evening, the narrative had coalesced into a chorus of voices within the far-left propaganda apparatus, adopting charged historical language to brand federal officials as Nazi-like figures. At 4:12 p.m. ET, Calla Walsh, a controversial communist activist filmed this past summer in Iran shouting, "Death to America! Death to Israel!" shared a 32-second video showing barricades built with Republic Services dumpsters.
She wrote, "People of Minneapolis build barricades, trapping ICE Gestapo at the scene of their latest murder in broad daylight. Not far from where they killed Renee Good a couple weeks ago, not far from where George Floyd was killed in 2020."
By evening, CNN was reporting from the 4 p.m. protest in New York City but did not identify the ideological affiliations of the organizers, even as activists openly carried signs from the Party for Socialism and Liberation, with the group’s full name printed across the bottom.
Another CNN segment from Minneapolis interviewed Chris Gray, describing him only as Pretti’s "next-door neighbor." Gray spoke about Pretti while delivering a well-scripted appeal for a general strike to dismantle the "Trump regime" and promote "non-violent resistance." The segment did not disclose that Gray is a member of Socialist Alternative, the U.S. affiliate of the International Socialist Alternative, a "global fighting organization of workers, young people, and all those oppressed by capitalism and imperialism," seeking to create a "socialist world."
Soon after, however, Socialist Alternative shared the interview proudly on Instagram, noting, "Chris Gray, Socialist Alternative member and next-door neighbor of Alex Pretti, speaks out."
By evening’s end, at 9:44 p.m. ET, Gloria La Riva, a co-founder of the Party for Socialism and Liberation who has described herself as "a communist," posted a message on X, using the inflammatory language now normalized: "Alex Pretti was murdered in cold blood, everyone knows that. 10 shots in his back. All of Trump's, Noem's, Bovino's lies cannot cover it up. The people's struggle will only grow!"
The maroon Dodge Durango in the early Signal alerts from Saturday morning is Entry No. 2069 in the publicly shared database, "MN ICE PLATES." It included a gallery of photos of alleged ICE vehicles.
At last count on Sunday, the database had 4,626 records of license plate numbers organized as "Highly Suspected ICE," "Confirmed ICE," "Suspected ICE," "Cleared – Not ICE" and "Unknown."
The total number of "Confirmed ICE" entries is 2,933 records. The total number of records labeled "Abductors" is 455.
A fine-print disclaimer states that the data is "for informational purposes only" and that its organizers "do not condone its use to forcibly assault, resist, oppose, impede or interfere with the official duties of any officer or employee of the United States, or of any agency in any branch of the United States Government, while engaged in or on account of the performance of official duties."

The maroon Dodge Durango that was allegedly outside Glam Doll Donuts on Nicollet Avenue is listed with three prior sightings: Jan. 11 at 3 p.m. at the Whipple federal detention facility, Jan. 13 at 1:15 p.m. and a final sighting at Powderhorn Park parking lot on 35th Street and 14th Avenue.
It’s listed with the tags, "Seen in a convoy, Tinted/blacked-out windows, ICE agent(s) seen in vehicle," and a final verdict: "Confirmed ICE."
As socialist organizations continued to dispatch their foot soldiers to Nicollet Avenue on Sunday evening, the Signal groups were as active as ever on Sunday, an alert going out at 4:37 p.m. ET, with rapid responders now chasing a black Dodge Durango around town.
"2 confirmed ICE vehicles," the alert read, "...at least 2 agents in each vehicle."

Seamus Bruner, the Director of Research at the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) revealed that left-wing funders such as billionaire Neville Roy Singham were behind left-wing Antifa riots and protests.
During a roundtable event on Antifa with President Donald Trump, Bruner explained that he, GAI President Peter Schweizer, and their team “followed” a trail of money and “followed it to the top of what” they called the Protest Industrial Complex, or Riot Inc. Bruner explained that the so-called “Riot Inc.” was made up of many different divisions, and that “dozens of radical organizations” have received millions of dollars from Riot Inc.
“We found a network of NGOs, it’s not just the Soros network, the Open Society Network. It’s other funding networks, the Arabella Funding Network, the Tides Funding Network, Neville Roy Singham and his network, foreign cash,” Bruner explained. “And, it’s also big left-wing funders — some of them are not citizens of this country.”
Bruner continued to note that these left-wing funders were “pouring money into this entire ecosystem.”
Bruner continued to share “three money facts” about Riot Inc., explaining that there were “many divisions” such as “PR divisions, marketing divisions” and even a “well-funded legal division.”
“Number two, we have identified dozens of radical organizations, not just the decentralized Antifa organizations, but dozens of radical organizations that have received more than one hundred million dollars from the Riot Inc. investors,” Bruner added. “These would be the lawyer groups, these would be the groups that advocate for calling good, honest Americans fascists.”
“And then, three, I think the most shocking thing is that we have found that more than one hundred million dollars in U.S. taxpayer funding has flowed into these funding networks, including at least four million dollars to these very groups themselves,” Bruner added.
Bruner’s mention of Singham comes after an investigation by the Breitbart News Foundation reported that while “records from the United Kingdom confirm” that Singham resigned from Thoughtworks, Inc., which he founded in 1993, “Chinese government records suggest otherwise.”
After founding Thoughtworks, Inc. in 1993 and building the company into a software consulting powerhouse, Singham helped orchestrate its sale in October 2017, for approximately $785 million to a group of funds managed by London-based private equity firm Apax Partners. Corporate records from the United Kingdom confirm Singham’s resignation from Thoughtworks the same month, and his own LinkedIn profile says he has been retired since 2017. Thoughtworks’ English-language website relegates him to its “alumni” section, reinforcing the image of a clean break.
But Chinese government records suggest otherwise. These records list Singham as a corporate officer of Thoughtworks’ Chinese subsidiary, Thoughtworks Beijing, as recently as June 17, 2025, and for at least as far back as 2022. These records are from the National Enterprise Credit Reporting System (NECIPS), China’s corporate registry. Other documents, including trade show profile and “help-wanted” ads, listed Singham as Thoughtworks Beijing’s official contact in 2021.
The New York Post reported in June that Singham was set to be called to testify before a congressional committee regarding him funding “radical anti-Israel and Marxist groups” behind the Los Angeles riots.
In an article written by Bruner in June, Bruner detailed how the GAI had uncovered how the “official partners” behind the “No Kings” protests “bagged $114.8 million since 2019 from the Arabella Avisors dark money network and how professional protest organizations use tax dollars as a force multiplier.”
Bruner reported: The expected worldwide mobilization of protests against President Donald Trump this weekend will hardly be a spontaneous eruption. On the contrary, the tumult is a carefully plotted production organized by The Indivisible Project and financed by the progress dark money network managed/advised by Arabella Advisors, which has perfected the mounting of made-to-order protests. Since 2019, the Arabella network has dumped more than $100 million into the coffers of the official “No Kings” protest partners—including the creator of the official protest song book.
This “grassroots” “nationwide days of defiance” targets Trump and his “billionaire allies,” according to organizers. The Arabella network’s biggest benefactors are the left’s own billionaire heroes, including George Soros, Bill Gates, Hansjorg Wyss, Mark Zuckerberg, and Reid Hoffman.
During the roundtable event, Bruner vowed to “keep following the money,” and expressed that he appreciated “everything” Trump was doing.

This was a good summary of recent ICE killings… Tom Homan went on Fox News Wednesday night and warned there will be more "bloodshed" unless Democrats "shut their mouth" and let ICE work, one day after Trump's own Homeland Security Secretary put it in writing that ICE officers should stop pulling people over.
Here is the sequence.
On Monday in Biddeford, Maine, ICE officers shot and killed Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, a 25-year-old delivery driver with a work permit and a young daughter. Law enforcement sources told CBS News he was not the man they were looking for.
Six days earlier in Houston, an officer killed Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, 52, a father of three who had been here 35 years, as he drove a work crew to a job site. DHS conceded he wasn't the target either. His van resembled the one they wanted.
By Tuesday, Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin had sent the order down. ICE officers opened their email and found instructions to pause vehicle stops immediately and prioritize other methods of enforcement.
That email is the whole ballgame. Trump's own department looked at what its officers were doing at car windows, wrote its conclusion down, and the conclusion was stop.
Then Steve Bannon's show lit up. Lawyer Mike Davis went on air and called Mullin a wimp, told him to quit if he wasn't up to the job.
The Atlantic reported the final straw came when Trump saw the pause criticized on cable news Wednesday morning.
He went to Truth Social: "we CANNOT give up one of I.C.E.'s most important and effective Crime Fighting tools, THE TRAFFIC STOP!"
The post was the policy. A White House official confirmed that the Truth Social message itself served as the reversal of the DHS memo.
There was no review, no meeting, no new guidance. The president watched cable news and typed, and federal law enforcement policy changed on contact.

Over the “strongest possible” objections from the federal prosecutor handling the case, leaders at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., quashed plans to bring civil rights charges against an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent accused of shooting a Venezuelan immigrant and then lying about it. The agent, 52-year-old Christian Castro, allegedly shot Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis in the leg in Minneapolis this January during Operation Metro Surge, the Trump administration’s immigration blitz that sent thousands of federal agents into the state. The incident was one of three shootings by immigration agents in the city, the other two of which were fatal. Federal prosecutors in Minnesota had been preparing to charge Castro with deprivation of rights under color of law for the shooting of Sosa-Celis, according to several people familiar with the case. Those charges are similar to the ones leveled against Minneapolis police officers accused in George Floyd’s killing and can carry hefty prison sentences. Late on Tuesday, Matthew Evans, the assistant U.S. attorney in Minnesota in charge of the case, told lawyers for Sosa-Celis and other victims to prepare for Castro to be charged “only with False Statements,” according to an email that was reviewed by ProPublica. That charge would likely carry a far less severe punishment if he were convicted. “This is being directed by the Main Justice and the US Attorney,” Evans wrote in a remarkably candid account of internal deliberations. “I objected in the strongest possible terms and fought it as hard as I could. It wasn’t enough.” “ He wrote that the false statement charges could come soon and would likely be filed under seal. “It has been an honor and a privilege to try to get justice for your clients,” Evans concluded the email. A DOJ official said civil rights charges require consultation with the civil rights division in Washington, and “any charging decisions that come out of such investigations are collaborative and deliberative and adhere to the facts and law of that specific case and controversy.” The agency “has not yet reached a conclusion on this matter and will never rush an investigative process and the thorough review of all evidence,” the official said. Evans and a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Minnesota declined to comment. An attorney for Sosa-Celis did not return phone calls from a reporter. Castro, who has an outstanding warrant in Minnesota for this case, could not be reached for comment. Under the Trump administration, the Justice Department’s civil rights division has been thinned and has dropped some Biden-era oversight of law enforcement agencies. This move by the DOJ is likely to fuel further concerns that the department is operating more in support of President Donald Trump’s political agenda than to preserve the rule of law. Earlier this year, a ProPublica analysis found that in almost every instance of immigration agents shooting people, Trump’s administration blamed the injured and dead within hours of the incident. In many of those cases, federal or local police declined to investigate the agents. Castro, who was put on leave by the Department of Homeland Security, is also facing multiple state felony charges in Minnesota, including assault with a dangerous weapon. Sosa-Celis was shot on Jan. 14, as Castro and another ICE agent chased Alfredo Aljorna, an immigrant from Venezuela, after a traffic stop. Aljorna ran to his home, which he shared with Sosa-Celis. The two men made it inside after a brief scramble, and Castro fired through the closed door, “knowing [the home] was occupied by several people,” according to state charging documents. One witness said there were two children in the house when Castro shot into it. Sosa-Celis was hit in the leg. ICE agents then deployed tear gas into the home and took the men and their partners into custody, according to the documents and other court records. DHS originally said Castro and the other agent were ambushed by the men and beaten with a shovel or broomstick, making Castro fear for his life and fire in self-defense. DHS called Sosa-Celis and Aljorna “violent criminal illegal aliens,” and federal prosecutors charged them with assault. ”

Castro said that he was on the ground when he shot the attacking Venezuelan illegal, but video shows him standing when he fired the shot that injured the criminal's leg. He recalled that the clash with the Venezuelan illegal lasted several minutes, but the video shows the physical confrontation lasted about 11 seconds before Castro fired his gun and hit the criminal's leg. I see these as small discrepancies, and in the heat of confrontation, he could have perceived the events as he recalled them, not out of any attempted deception. The ICE agent was attacked, the criminal physically assaulted him, agent Castro fired his gun in self defense. I JUST EXPLAINED the obvious gaps in logic between the official statement that 274 agents could be called up, assembled on the scene, and conduct operations outside the Capitol on Jan 6th. It would take 3 and a half hours at best just to call them and get them to show up on short notice. They would at best be assembling at the Capitol just as the riots were ending. No, they were contacted and placed in the crowd well before he rioting began, as false-flage agens, NOT as "plainclothes" agents to assist Capitol police (who did not even know these FBI agents were there.)

Of those prosecuted, Trump was prosecuted on made-up fake charges, charges so "novel" that NO ONE ELSE has EVER BEEN CHARGED with what Trump was tried for. Federal government employees are opening their wallets to help Hillary Clinton beat Donald Trump on Nov. 8.
Of the roughly $2 million that federal workers from 14 agencies spent on presidential politics by the end of September, about $1.9 million, or 95 percent, went to the Democratic nominee’s campaign, according to an analysis by The Hill.
Employees at all the agencies analyzed, without exception, are sending their campaign contributions overwhelmingly to Clinton over her Republican counterpart. Several agencies, such as the State Department, which Clinton once led, saw more than 99 percent of contributions going to Clinton.
Employees of the Department of Justice, which investigated Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of State, gave Clinton 97 percent of their donations. Trump received $8,756 from DOJ employees compared with $286,797 for Clinton. From IRS employees, Clinton received 94 percent of donations.
Federal government employees overwhelmingly backed Clinton’s presidential campaign no matter which agency The Hill analyzed using Federal Election Commission data covering donors giving more than $200.
Trump campaign spokesman Jason Miller said these donation patterns are more evidence of the “rigged system” favoring establishment candidates like Clinton over outsiders like Trump. The Trump campaign has been citing lopsided media donations to Clinton — though there’s no evidence they’re coming from reporters covering Trump — as further evidence that the game is fixed.
But David Schultz, a Hamline University Professor of Political Science, said government employees have historically favored Democratic candidates over Republicans both in their voting habits and political contributions made in their personal time.
Under the Hatch Act, federal government employees are banned from engaging in political activities, including making campaign contributions, during work hours.
“Government employees are, on balance, more moderate or more liberal as opposed to the general population,” Schultz said. “Not across the board, but in general.”
Government employees are “more likely to believe in government as opposed to, let’s say, a privatization program,” he added, “programs that we would view as hostile to government.”
Republicans typically campaign on promises to slash government payrolls, which helps explain why recent GOP presidential candidates have received the smaller share of donations from government workers.
Yet while Republicans usually do worse than Democrats, Trump appears to be doing especially poorly in fundraising from government employees.
The 2012 GOP presidential nominee, Mitt Romney, received 14 percent of donations from the same group of agencies surveyed for Trump. Trump received just 5 percent.
Romney got close to $300,000 more from these same departments’ employees than Trump has four years later. Comparisons to previous presidential candidates are of limited value, since they took public funding for their general election campaigns.
Trump might have had a chance to do better than Romney. He discarded much of Republican orthodoxy during his primary campaign, which could have led some federal employees to believe that he’d be more amenable to big government. He vowed, for example, to leave massive social welfare programs virtually untouched.
But Trump also constantly attacked federal institutions. During his primary campaign, he described the federal government as a corrupt, bloated body run by “very, very, stupid people.”
Trump vowed “tremendous cutting” of the government in an interview with The Wall Street Journal in January and singled out the Department of Education and the Environmental Protection Agency as agencies he’d slash dramatically if not outright eliminate.
Agency employees have likely taken note of Trump’s hostile rhetoric. In the Department of Education’s case, that included Trump’s pledges to hand over control to the states and to fight tooth and nail against Common Core standards.
From Department of Education employees this cycle, Trump received three donations totaling $220. Clinton received 724 donations for more than $74,000. In all, she received 99.7 percent of donations from employees of the department.
Donations from the State Department, which Clinton ran from 2009 to 2013, were even more slanted in her favor. State Department employees gave Trump 39 donations, for $4,652. Over the same time period, they gave their former boss 2,518 donations, for $425,525.
Throughout his campaign, Trump has portrayed himself as a strongman who would toughen up America’s defenses — both militarily and at the border — and who would take care of veterans. It’s probably no coincidence, therefore, that Trump performed best in donations among employees of three agencies: Defense, Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs.
But even employees of these more Trump-friendly agencies have overwhelmingly contributed to Clinton’s campaign. From Defense employees, Trump received 341 donations for $43,575. Clinton got 2,392 donations for $225,560, giving her 84 percent of the money. From Homeland Security employees, Clinton got 90 percent of the donations, and from Veterans Affairs she took 88 percent.
Romney performed significantly better than Trump with employees at all three agencies, receiving, for example, $98,153 from Defense employees, which amounted 21 percent of donations.
During the Republican primaries, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush said, “Let’s create a little bit of a recession in Washington, D.C., so that we can have economic prosperity outside of Washington.” Fear of such plans might be the truest explanation of these uniformly lopsided donations.
Schultz, the Hamline professor, said “self-preservation”— particularly for workers engaged in public sector unions — probably motivates their political giving.
“This means support for their jobs,” he said. “Clinton, for the most part, is going to be probably a continuation of more or less what Obama is.”
Federal government employees, he said, are likely “more willing to give to somebody who would be more predictable in terms of supporting their livelihood, their jobs, as opposed to somebody who might be less predictable.”

And I already posted that far beyond just political donations by FBI/DOJ, there has been massive cover-ups in multiple FBI scandals over the last 20 years a least, that shows a high ratio of FBI/DOJ agents are complicit in covering up abuses in FBI/DOJ. Two FBI agents just today were forced to give testimony about their PROVEN false previous statements about what they knew about he Hunter Biden laptop before he 2020 election, vs. what they said previously under oath.
