Trying to overthrow the U.S. Government is fine, as long as you do in the name of your draft-dodging, senile cult leader.

DOJ Arrests Leaders of Anti-ICE Mob That Invaded Minneapolis Church

https://nypost.com/2026/01/22/us-ne...a-church-storming-mob-arrested-ag-bondi/

  • A BLM leader who serves on a school board, a woke TikToker, and a third alleged ringleader of an anti-ICE mob who stormed a Minnesota church during Sunday service have been arrested, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Thursday.

“We have arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong, who allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota,” AG Bondi said in a statement on X.
“Listen loud and clear: WE DO NOT TOLERATE ATTACKS ON PLACES OF WORSHIP,” she said.

Armstrong allegedly led the raucous group, including Don Lemon, from the Racial Justice Network to storm the church and call out resident pastor David Eastwood, accusing him of moonlighting as the acting field office director for ICE in Minnesota.
A picture of Armstrong being led away in handcuffs was shared by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on X on Thursday morning.
“Religious freedom is the bedrock of the United States – there is no First Amendment right to obstruct someone from practicing their religion,” Sec. Noem said on X.

AG Bondi also confirmed that a second suspect, Chauntyll Louisa Allen, who bragged about organizing the protests, had been taken into custody in a separate X post.
Allen — a Black Lives Matter leader and member of the Saint Paul Public Schools Board of Education — had earlier compared herself to Jesus, saying she had been inspired by his cleansing of the temple.
“I grew up in the church and one of the things that I remember about Jesus Christ is that when things weren’t going right in the church, he went in and he flipped tables,” Allen told TMZ, adding that her mother was a pastor.

A spokesperson for the city’s Board of Education told The Post that the district “has been made aware of this incident and is following all applicable policies and procedures” but “does not comment on pending legal matters.”

Later Thursday afternoon, it was announced that an anti-ICE influencer, William Kelly, had also been arrested for his involvement in the church riots.
Kelly, who uses the handle “DaWokeFarmer” on TikTok, was pictured on X being taken into custody while wearing a beanie hat emblazoned with the words “F*ck Trump,”
In a TikTok video shared Monday, Kelly had goaded Bondi to arrest him.
“Pam Bondi, you want to come and arrest me? You want to come and give me charges? So be it. And for all the people giving me death threats, threatening my life, kill me. Go ahead, kill me,” he ranted in the garbled video.

Armstrong, Allen, and Kelly are being charged with “conspiracy against rights,” which makes it a federal crime to intimidate someone in the free exercise of their rights as secured by the US Constitution.
AG Bondi’s announcement was met with dozens of responses calling for the arrest of frequently-fired independent news commentato rDon Lemon, who was allegedly among the rabble who stormed the church.

“Thank you AG Bondi! Let us know when Don Lemon is arrested as well,” one X user wrote.

“Christophobia has no place in Minnesota (or anywhere),” added a second.

That seems pretty straight up communist agitators in all 3 arrests, using Leninist / Stalinistt intimidation tactics and the threat of violence, to silence and intimidate away all opposition.
All these screeching clowns are long-time Leftist activists, self-described leaders in BLM and Anti-ICE.

Also the First Amendment :
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

So the BLM and Anti-ICE mob has the right to hold a public meeting, to say "fuck Trump". Or maybe something that people not America-hating Marxists would actually listen to.

They DON'T[/b have the right to invade a church and prevent those gathered from even having their scheduled service. They DON'T have the right to scream at the churchgoers and intimidate them, causing many to flee the church in fear they were about to be the victims of violence.
To express your opinion is one thing.

Maybe to approach the pastor or others in the church, during office hours, when NOT interrupting a service, and arrange at a mutually agreed time to have a forum discussion, to debate the issue.

But to invade the church, scream in their faces completely unsolicited, silence them, intimidate them, scream at them, THAT is not free speech. That is intimidation and the threat of violence, to completely silence their political opposition. It is not peaceful or civil.

It is ultimately [b]terrorism
, using the threat of violence to intimidate your political opposition into silence, into not resisting, not voicing their own beliefs or voicing their support for ICE deporting criminal illegals, into not assembling, and being forced to flee. Using terror to silence all opposition.

And that church, and thousands of other churches nationwide will probably have one or several members on upper balconies ready with guns, so they can never be threatened in a similar way again. That is Democrat-Bolshevism, winning through intimidation, not by open debate. So it is most definitely a violation of First Amendment rights.
And hey, Leftist assholes, thanks for providing the video of your own crime, to insure your federal prosecution and imprisonment.

I don't see how these Leftist thugs were "plants", they were all three longtime vocal BLM, Antti-ICE Marxists, what they did themselves, VIDEO RECORDED by themselves, and by desperate opportunist Don Lemon, clawing for a few minutes of fame, is textbook intimidation, and violation of First Amendment rights of those they deliberately terrorized and intimidated..

Likewise, the Leftist mobs who make 24-hour camps outside conservative U.S. Supreme Court justices' homes, and ONLY outside the conservative ones, to yell and make noise all night, to intimidate and threaten them and their families all day and all night, to even follow and track the schedules of their children to and from school, to intimidate Supreme Cour justices into not ruling by the law as they should, but out of threat from the mob.
That is also terrorism, that should likewise be prosecuted and imprisoned. Mob violence and the threat of violence. Obey... or else.

I think he was just illustrating how hypocritical maga is on Jan 6 vs actual protesters who didn’t actually hurt anyone or damage anything. You don’t really have any ethics. It just depends on what is useful for you at the moment. If a silly conspiracy works, all you need is your fat evil pos lie repeatedly about it. And you will cheer him on as he frees his supporters who viciously attacked and injured law enforcement on Jan 6.

panic"MAGA scum", "fat orange P.O.S."panic...

That's a Democrat false narrative, not a fact.

Capitol security video, 40,000 hours of it from Jan 6th, shows Trump protesters very casually walking around, and police basically escorting them casually and doing nothing to stop them. Jacob Chansley is a prime example. He was the poster boy for Democrats' panicINSURRECTION!!panic narrative. And ONLY 2 and a half years later, when Democrats lost their House majority and Republicans released most of the Capitol security video, were these VIOLENT INSURRECTIONISTS instantly proven innocent of violence by the video, and released from jail within days.
Held in jail for 2 and a half years... for WHAT?
To feed a false Democrat narrative.

A 97% Democrat-weaponized FBI, with 274 "plainclothes" undercover false-flag agents disguised as[/i] Trump supporters, tried to incite Trump supporters, who overwhelmingly didn't take the bait. Over 100,000 Trump supporters, and only about 60 came inside the Capitol and committed any violence or vandalism. Mostly just a litttle breaking of glass windows, or taking home Pelosi's letters or podium as souvenirs. Petty theft or vandalism perhaps, but certainly not "insurrection".
And only a few incidents of clashing physically with Capitol police officers inside. And I think most of the window-breaking, and the clashes with police, were false-flag FBI agents disguised as Trump supporters, trying to get them to follow them into violence and destruction. Which they overwhelmingly did NOT.

There are many glass-breakers and rioters that FBI COULD identify from security video and face-recognition technology, but they haven't, and never will, because these are the FBI's own false-flag agents, sent there to frame the Trump supporters.

FBI in advance set up a "geo-fence" to identify the cel phone of every person who entered the Capitol building, Who JUST ENTERED, no violence or crimes. And many who never even entered. And barricades were removed by police officers, frequently shown in VIDEO-TAPED footage. And uniformed police officers ON VIDEO THAT I"VE POSTED REPEATEDLY, held the double doors wide open and invited Trump protesters in, who did not know it was a restricted area that had previously been barricaded off, removed just before Trump supporters reached the Capitol, and so they came in, each wandered around for about 2 minutes inside the Capitol and left, 90% of them.

No "geo-fence" has ever been similarly set up for any BLM, Antifa, "No Kings" or "Anti-ICE" protests or violence. It was a set-up done only to frame Trump protesters and the broader Trump movement nationwide, in an FBI attempt to frame them, and make Trump and his supporters toxic. It didn't work, Trump was re-elected in Nov 2024, and this is all now largely exposed.

But in the days after Jan 6th, each protester got a 6 AM knock and a heavily armed raid from the FBI, with AR-15 rifles pointed at them, with laser-dots all over their bodies.
For "trespassing"? !?

It was all Democrat theatre and false narrative. To elevate "trespassing" these people were tricked into, each entering for mostly 2 minutes inside the Capitol, but were all federally over-charged with "interrupting a government proceeding", subject to years in prison, for what should normally have been at most a $300 misdemeanor fine.

Citing a silly conspiracy theory doesn’t undue the injuries capitol police suffered on Jan 6 by violent Trump supporters. The fat pos freed those that violently attacked law enforcement for him. Scum and pos are fitting.

And it never made sense that this was all an effort to embarrass Trump. He had lost the election and was on his way out. He invited his supporters to come and be there at the precise time the electoral votes were being counted. And after stirring his fans up he watched them attack law enforcement for hours while he called not for help but his buddies in Congress. He was still trying to stop the process. I have to settle for calling Trump a pos for now but want actual justice to eventually happen.

At least 90% of the Jan 6th protesters who entered the Capitol did absolutely nothing wrong, just walked inside and looked around for 2 minutes and left, and were at most guilty of "trespassing", a misdemeanor punishable by a $300 fine.

But as I've said repeatedly, the barriers that were supposed to warn Trump proesters not to come in were moved away by people in police uniforms before the Trump protesters arrived ( Actual Capitol police? Or some of the 274 "plainclothes" false flag FBI agents, framing supporters?) And another uniformed Capitol police officer (or FBI false-flag agent?) waved a crowd of protesters to come that way and enter the Capitol.

And more uniformed Capitol police officers who opened the Capittol entrance double doors (all recorded on video) and invited Trump protesters in, and they wandered along like they were waiting to get in for a movie, or taking a guided tour. After TWO AND A HALF YEARS IN JAIL WiTHOUT PROSECUSION, WITHOUT TRIAL, FOR NOTHING, a new Republican House majority finally released the 40,000 hours of Capitol security surveillance video, and it proved they were overwhelmingly peaceful, not violent, and did nothing wrong.

To the point that many of the former poster-boys for the Democrat-Left's "Jan 6th INSURRECTION" panic narrative were immediately proven innocent and released within days.
There are about 1,500 Trump supporters who were overcharged with "interrupting a federal proceeding" when it should have just been misdemeanor "trespassing", if any charge at all, because the barricades were removed and police invited them in and followed them around and even took selfies with them, and not only invited them in, but made no attempt to remove them.

Unil the 6 AM FBI raids that took each of them to prison. No arraignment, no trial, no due process. Not even counsel in many cases.

It was a set-up, to create an overcharged Democrat fake narrative to frame Trump and his supporters. And it failed. A majority saw through it, and decisively re-elected Trump in Nov 2024.

Sure just like the ICU Nurse and the soccer mom were terrorists. That’s the lies Trump and toadies tell. Trump won despite Jan 6. Polling shows more and more regretting that vote every day.
“ Lie: The rioters were invited into the Capitol by police
A common refrain from January 6 rioters, and some of their Republican defenders, is that they were welcomed into the Capitol by police officers.

Trump said in a book interview in March that “the Capitol Police were ushering people in” and “the Capitol Police were very friendly. You know, they were hugging and kissing.” The claim has been echoed by Trump supporters. For example, Trump-endorsed Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake declared at a Trump rally in October that the people being held in jail over the Capitol attack “were invited in by Capitol Police.”

Facts First: The claim that the rioters were invited into the Capitol is false. Again, about 140 police officers were assaulted while trying to stop the mob from breaching the Capitol. There were hours-long battles between police and rioters near some entrances. CNN obtained footage from police body-worn cameras showing how dozens of officers engaged in hand-to-hand combat with rioters in a desperate effort to keep them out of the building.

Rioters inside the Capitol after breaching barricades on Jan. 6, 2021.

There are plenty of instances where rioters waltzed into the Capitol without a fight, but only after they had stormed past barricades and, in some cases, even stepped through broken windows. In some areas, police were so outnumbered by the mob that they retreated, stood aside or tried to politely engage with rioters to de-escalate the situation rather than fighting or making arrests, but that is clearly not the same as welcoming rioters into the building.

Since we don’t have video of every single encounter between police and rioters, it’s theoretically possible that some tiny number of officers did invite rioters in. The Capitol Police announced in September that three officers were facing discipline for unspecified noncriminal “conduct unbecoming” that day, while three others were facing discipline for other policy violations.

But no evidence has publicly emerged to date of even one officer inviting a rioter into the Capitol. And even if a few isolated incidents emerge in the future, it’s clear that this was not a widespread or systemic occurrence as Trump and others suggested.

Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger said on CNN in September: “The officers that we have investigated and disciplined, the cases that we investigated, they run from minor infractions to officers making very poor judgments for more serious misconduct. But this notion that the Capitol Police were somehow allowing these folks into the Capitol, inviting them in, helping them, just simply not true.”

Lie: The jailed rioters are nonviolent political prisoners
One of the most prevalent counternarratives about January 6 is that a large number of nonviolent people who were present at the Capitol are being unfairly prosecuted by liberal zealots at the Justice Department, and that these nonviolent people have now become “political prisoners” while awaiting trial in jail. Such claims have emerged as a rallying cry among a small but vocal cohort of Trump loyalists in the House Republican conference.

Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar claimed in July that jailed rioters who had supposedly spent time in solitary confinement “are not unruly or dangerous, violent criminals” but are “political prisoners who are now being persecuted”; he suggested that there are “nearly 200” nonviolent Capitol participants behind bars. And the pro-Trump group behind September’s “Justice for J6” rally said its event was meant “to bring awareness and attention to the unjust and unethical treatment of nonviolent January 6 political prisoners.”

Facts First: This “political prisoners” narrative is false. The vast majority of the 700-plus people charged in the Capitol riot to date were released shortly after their arrests. Only a few dozen were ordered by judges to remain in jail before trial, and most of those defendants were charged with attacking police or conspiring with far-right militia groups.

It’s true that the conditions are poor at the Washington jail where incarcerated rioters are being held. And it’s obviously unpleasant for anyone to live behind bars. But the small subset of January 6 defendants who are currently in jail are there only because a federal judge ruled that they are either too dangerous to release or pose a flight risk. The decision to keep them incarcerated was not made by Biden’s political appointees or any other Justice Department officials.

A few rioters have claimed in court that they are the victims of politically motivated prosecution because they support Trump. Federal judges, including those appointed by Trump, have rejected these arguments.

Lie: January 6 was a false flag attack
Before the Capitol was even cleared of rioters on January 6, some prominent Trump supporters started to try to deflect blame – claiming that left-wing Antifa, a loose collection of self-described anti-fascists, was actually behind the violence.

Such “false flag” theories – that the violence was secretly orchestrated by Trump’s opponents in an attempt to make Trump look bad – never went away. And the theories have expanded to include claims that the violence was orchestrated by the Black Lives Matter movement or even by an arm of the federal government itself, the FBI.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson has promoted false flag theories, focusing on the FBI, both in his own remarks and in his revisionist documentary series on a Fox streaming service in November. Carlson has claimed on his show that government documents showed that “FBI operatives were organizing the attack on the Capitol on January 6.” Former Army Capt. Emily Rainey said in the documentary (and in a trailer Carlson tweeted out): “It is my opinion that false flags have happened in this country, one of which may have been January 6.”

And Trump himself has given oxygen to the theories, claiming in a December interview with ring-wing commentator Candace Owens, “You have BLM and you had Antifa people, I have very little doubt about that, and they were antagonizing and they were agitating.”

Facts First: The insurrection at the Capitol was not a false flag. Just as it looked on January 6, a mob of diehard Trump supporters stormed the building. They did so after Trump urged supporters to come to Washington and then, as we noted above, made a speech urging them to “fight like hell” and to march to the Capitol. The rioters’ allegiance to Trump has been exhaustively documented in court proceedings and in their social media posts and media interviews.

Though there are thousands of pages of court documents stemming from criminal cases against January 6 rioters, no Capitol riot defendant as of the end of 2021 had any confirmed involvement in Antifa or Black Lives Matter groups. (One defendant who filmed the riot had expressed support for Black Lives Matter but was disavowed in 2020 by BLM activists, some of whom suspected he was a provocateur connected to the political right.) By contrast, hundreds of Capitol riot defendants were confirmed to be Trump supporters – and some were members of far-right extremist groups. Members of the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys have been charged with conspiracy regarding January 6; some have pleaded guilty.

Carlson wrongly described the court documents he inaccurately claimed were a smoking gun about FBI operatives organizing the attack; you can read more about that claim here. While it is entirely possible that some of the Capitol rioters were secretly serving as informants for the FBI – The New York Times reported in October that a member of the Proud Boys who had entered the Capitol on January 6 was an FBI informant – the presence of a few FBI informants among the estimated 2,000-plus people who illegally breached the Capitol would not make the entire mob assault an FBI-orchestrated “false flag” operation.

Republican Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, vice chair of the House select committee investigating the insurrection, said on Fox News in November that there is no truth to claims that January 6 was a false flag perpetrated by “deep state” liberals trying to set up Trump supporters.

“It’s the same kind of thing that you hear from people who say that 9/11 was an inside job, for example. It’s un-American to be spreading those kinds of lies, and they are lies,” Cheney said.”
