Tom Homan is a guy who was lionized by Democrats during the Barack Obama presidency for the excellent job he was doing deporting illegals. Now that Homan is doing he same job rounding up illegals, and not even yet in the same numbers, he is demonized by the Left and called a "Nazi / Fascist" for doing the exact same job.

But if a Democrat were president... perfectly okay!

Homan started as a Border Patrol agent and has been in border security since the early Reagan years, over 40 years. ONLY NOW do Democrats have a problem with him, because Dems have absoluely lost their minds. They "dox" and threaten Homan and other agents, threaten their homes, their wives, their families. They bite their fingers off. Homan has said he doesn't live wih his wife and family right now, for their safetty. The only thing different in the last 40 years is he's doing the eexact same job now for Trump, and only for that, the hero has been transformed by the Democratt-Left propaganda machine into a villain.

Even the fact that their rhetoric is resulting in ongoing attempts to kill Homan and other agents hasn't made Dems lower their rhetoric.
But then... a majority of these same maniacs want to kill President Trump and Elon Musk, and cheer creepily at the deaths of Charlie Kirk and other conservatives. Burning Teslas, burning cities, attacking even independent journalists who even question their narrative talking points.

That's a delusional interpretaion of what the video clearly shows. Pretti first brought a 9mm automatic with 2 extra clips of bullets, at least 30 rounds, loaded up for a conflict. It was also revealed today (by CNN) that Pretti the sainted pacifist, had a cracked rib from another conflict he was in with another ICE agent earlier in the week.
For a "peaceful guy who wouldn't hurt anybody", he sure gets in a lot of scraps, and all by aggressively pursuing ICE agents.

NO, clearly not.

There was a woman protester who was getting in the face of a BP agent and wouldn't get away from him, and loudly blew a whistle right in the agent's ear. He could have arrested her, but just shoved her out of the way so he could do his job, and she fell to the ground.
That's when Pretti jumped in and began obsructing the BP agent. Then the agent pushed Pretti to the ground to arrest him, and other BP agents began grabbing at Pretti, Pretti he kept thrashing around and resisting arrest. And in the preliminary reports (still investigating) with Preti thrashing around, at some point his gun became visible and one agent yelled gun, and feeling endangered and needing to act, an agent drew his gun and fired at Pretti.

AGAIN, the terrorism expert I quoted above, who has worked for the military, local police, and several federal agencies, says that Pretti to even buy a gun had to go through mandatory training on what to do if armed and encountering a police officer. And that Pretti did the exact opposite of what he was trained to do. He put himself in that situation.

His parents told him 2 weeks ago not to engage agents, not to do "something stupid".
Against advice given just 2 weeks before he was shot, he ignored that advice, clashed with agents., and did something stupid. A whole series of stupid things. He came armed, he jumped between an agent and a female protester, already grabbing a BP agent, he further obstructed agents from doing their jobs, then he resisted arrest. If he'd just gone limp at some point, they would have just cuffed him, and he would not have been shot. And the combination of Pretti blocking officers, Pretti thrashing around resisting arrest, and Pretti having a concealed gun, got him killed.

Watching the MAGA cult members wanting to disregard the 2nd Amendment is more hypocrisy.

I firmly believe in the 2nd Amendment, the right to own a gun and protect yourself.

But this was not self-protection, or compliance with gun-laws. Pretti ignored the mandatory concealed-carry training he received, on how to avoid a confrontation with police while carrying a firearm.
He did the exact opposite. ARMED, he picked a fight with police.
If he did the same thing in any other place with police present, like a shopping mall, or a school, or a church, or a gay night club, he would have similarly been fired upon.

"Right to bear arms" doesn't mean right to go armed into a potential riot situation, physically clash with cops, and make them think you're a Stoneman-Douglas high school type shooter, or a Uvalde type shooter, that they need to draw their guns on before they themselves are fired on by some unpredictable violent guy they don't know.


Gee, maybe they should have waited for Pretti to kill them first. I mean hey, the guy was only packing an extra 30 rounds. And had a scope on his pistol too. Who walks around with a laser-sight added on their pistol? I'd like to hear a plausible explanation for why he had a sight on his pistol and 30 rounds of ammunition, and why he was thrashing around WHILE ARMED and would not comply with BP officers, who would have only cuffed and arrested him if he'd complied.

  Alex Pretti was known to the feds and suffered a broken rib in a violent confrontation with agents a week before Border Patrol officers killed him in Minneapolis, according to a report.
  
  Pretti, an ICU nurse, told a pal he saw ICE agents chasing what he described as a family on foot, and stopped his car during the earlier incident around a week before he was shot last Saturday, CNN reported.
  
  He said he pulled over in his car and began shouting and blowing on a whistle, at which point he was tackled by five agents, the source said.
  
  
  Pretti claimed that one of the agents had left him with a broken rib after leaning on his back, the friend told CNN.
  
  “That day, he thought he was going to die,” the source said, adding that Pretti had been released by agents at the scene.
  
  Federal immigration officers had documented details about Pretti, along with other anti-ICE protesters in Minneapolis in recent weeks, CNN reported.
  
  A memo sent this month to agents dispatched to the city asked them to “capture all images, license plates, identifications, and general information on hotels, agitators, protestors, etc., so we can capture it all in one consolidated form,” the network reported.
  
  Although Pretti’s name was known to federal agents, according to the source, it isn’t known whether his information had been shared via the new intake form.
  
  It also isn’t clear whether Pretti recognized or was recognized by the federal agents he confronted in Minneapolis on Saturday.
  
  Video appears to show him being wrestled to the ground by agents before one of them removes Pretti’s gun from his waistband and another fatally shoots [him].
  
  The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has denied that the agency has a database of alleged domestic terrorists.
  
  “We do, of course, monitor and investigate and refer all threats, assaults and obstruction of our officers to the appropriate law enforcement,” DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told CNN in relation to a separate incident involving a federal agent in Maine.
  FBI Director Kash Patel has also said that his agency is investigating encrypted group chats on the app Signal, which are reportedly used by activists to share information about ICE activities.
  
  Such groups “create a scenario that illegally entraps and puts law enforcement in harm’s way,” Director Patel warned during an appearance on a conservative podcast Monday.

We have to be clear about what we are witnessing from Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Minnesota.
As a combat soldier, I recognize a mission when I see one — not because it’s announced, but because it’s being carried out. In the span of weeks, ICE and Border Patrol operations in Minneapolis have resulted in the deaths of two Minnesotans. In over a year of combat in Iraq, my battalion of 500 soldiers did not kill a single person.
That difference matters.
My unit spent 397 days on the battlefield. We were shot at. We feared for our lives. Snipers fired from crowds. Improvised explosive devices lined the roads we were ordered to clear. And still, we did not return fire unless strict conditions were met: The shooter had to be clearly identified, civilians could not be in the line of fire, and lethal force had to be the last resort.


Why? Because that was not our mission.
Our mission was to build bases, secure supply routes, and protect civilian life. We were governed by Rules of Engagement, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and the War Crimes Act. Violations were not brushed aside. Soldiers are criminally accountable when we break the law. That accountability is what separates professional soldiers from mercenaries.
This isn’t just my experience. It’s the standard.

Mercenaries are defined not only by who pays them but by what restrains them. Mercenaries answer to orders, not to law, ethics or public accountability. That is precisely why soldiers and law enforcement officers hold codes of conduct so fiercely. Without those codes, uniforms become disguises instead of safeguards.

As a veteran, I refuse to accept mercenary behavior hiding behind federal badges on Minnesota soil. This is my home. Minnesota stands for liberty, justice and due process — not secrecy, immunity or violence without consequence.
Staff changes are not legal accountability. Silence is not justice. Justice delayed is justice denied.
Minnesotans are demanding a full, independent investigation under state law into the agents involved in these deaths. No one — federal or otherwise — is above the law of this land.

That's puting A TON of words in my mouth that I never said (i.e., you're a liar. )

Everyone should have the same 2nd Amendment rights. In this case, what I ACTUALLY said is Alex Pretti abused the terms of concealed carry.

You have a right to carry, but there are RULES for concealed carry, and when you fight with cops while carrying a handgun, and you thrash around and make them think you are about to fire on them, they will open fire first, and they did. It increasingly looks like a justified shooting, in self-defense.
No normal person can watch the multiple videos of Pretti revealed so far, and seriously allege this guy was "peaceful" or non-threatening.

And everyone should have the same free speech rights. But free speech is the right to speak your opinion publicly.
It is NOT the right to intimidate into silence others who disagree with you, NOT the right to come to Conservative free speech events or churches and shout them down and silence them at their own event.
]I is NOT the right to use violence, or the threat of violence, to intimidate ICE and Border Patrol agents or other government officials, or intimidate judges, or conservative, moderates, or liberal citizens. The fat hispanic lady on CNN (I think her name is Anna Navarro) said of Alex Pretti "This is a guy where everything about him looks perfect, that any mother would want her daughter to date". No, he looks in the videos like an out of control rage-aholic.
I guess Anna wants her daughter in a relationship with a wife-beater.

On Laura Ingraham last night, she had a lawyer with some expertise on 2nd Amendment concealed-carry issues, and she asked the lawyer, "Should someone with a concealed carry license bring their gun to a protest?"

And the lawyer answered "Well, frankly, if I went to a protest, I probably would be carrying. But I wouldn't get in a physical confrontation with police."
The point being, if you are going to physically fight police, then you should leave your gun at home.




This Alex Pretti guy not only picked a fight with police and physically confronted them, spitting at them, screaming profanity and insults at them, kicking their vehicles and smashing the tali-light on their SUV, and in every way trying to provoke police to come after him.
A week or so after his earlier video-recorded clashes, Pretti on Sunday grabbed at Border Patrol agents when a BP agent pushed another aggressive female protester to the ground because she was blocking the agents from doing their job. And when Pretti jumped in to to clash with an agent, thrashing around as the agent, and more agents, tried to arrest him, eventually Pretti's weapon became visible, and given his aggressiveness, an agent yelled "Gun, gun", and fearing for their safety with a violent armed aggressor, an agent opened fire.

After 5 days now of new video evidence and details against Pretti coming out, it becomes increasingly clear this guy wasn't peaceful and non-threatening, he was out there multiple times (on video) doing his best to provoke a fight wih ICE and BP agents.
Even Preti's parents two weeks ago advised him NOT to do... exactly what he did. And combined with being very angry and aggressive toward Border Patrol and ICE, Pretti was carrying enough bullets for a prolonged firefight. Or to slaughter multiple agents.





That's crap. These are pandering RINO Republicans, who are caving in to the radical Left, who are afraid to take a stand for their conservative voters, who specifically elected them to support Trump's policy, securing the border, and deporting illegals. Litterally, the number one issue in polls, in 2024, and now.

Sen. Tom Tillis and Sen. Susan Collins fail to see that caving in to the Left just projects weakness that will inevitably make the rioting and attacks spread to countless other cities.
These rioters who are harassing ICE and BP agents should be aggressively stopped and jailed, not caved in to.
Is it easier to deal with confrontations like this in Minneapolis? Or after it spreads to 100 more cities nationwide? The George Floyd effect. Any weakness or deference to the mob, just emboldens the mob.


Regarding Greg Bovino, he has for decades been an officer in charge of Border Patrol, and in the last few months was brought in to ICE operations in several cities like L.A., New Orleans and Minneapolis to assist in ICE operations o arres criminal illegals released in major cities. But Bovino is a senior officer in Border Patrol, at some point would be re-assigned back, and has simply been returned to Border Patrol. He hasnt't been demoted or fired, he's simply been returned to command his region in Border Patrol, rather than continue doing ICE work he was temporarily assigned to assist with.



What you refer to as the "same rotten administration", has secured the border in an incredible 6 months, and stopped the flow of 12 to 15 million completely unvetted illegals who invaded during Biden's 4 years. And further has made the border the most secure it has been since Eisenhower was president.
And has simultaneously vastly cut the amount of drugs smuggled into the U.S,, and vastly cut the number of drug overdose deaths in he U.S., and other related crime.

It is THE DEMOCRAT party that is rotten and corrupt, they want rigged elections, using illegal immigrants to pad the population census for Democrat House districts, and who will vote overwhelmingly Democrat if allowed to, at a ratio of close to 100%, despite that they will not assimilate, and will be disproportionately welfare recipients and national security risks, and as is very much in the news, who are predatory criminals.

I recognize you say you believe that but I also recognize that you don’t support those empty words. Pretti in the video isn’t swinging at the agents when they’re spraying stuff straight in his face. He turns his back to them and tries to help the woman up. At no point do you see Ice try to de-escalate the situation. Instead they escalate the situation with violence. It’s become a familiar scenario. And our administration has told them and us these masked killers have immunity.

I'll acknowledge that video of the Alex Pretti shooting is not as clearly on the side of law enforcement as it is in the Renee Good shooting.

But just the same, Alex Pretti is seen in video jumping a Border Patrol agent after the agent pushed aside a female activist who was deliberately preventing him from doing his job.
Pretti, as part of a group of activists, jumped in to further obstruct the BP agent from his work, and the agent tried to wrestle Pretti to the ground to arrest him, as Pretty thrashed around and resisted arrest, WHILE ARMED.
Because Pretti was resisting arrest, several other Border Patrol agents jumped in to restrain and subdue him, and Pretti continued to resist WHILE ARMED.
At some point (unclear in the video) agents saw under his clothes he was carrying a gun, and an agent yelled "gun, GUN!" and one or more agents drew a weapon and fired before they could be fired upon. There is an allegation (unconfirmed) that one of the agents had already confiscated Pretti's weapon before shots were fired. Or alternaely, they could have fired on Pretti while he was still armed. All of these agents had body cameras that document what happened, and will further give testimony to investigators of what they saw, and probably have already given depositions, while events are fresh in their minds.

Don't speculate on what you think I "believe", those are the facts.
And neither one of us is professionally employed doing internal investigations of police shootings.

Border Patrol agents in the Pretti shooting tried to de-escalate the situation by restraining and arresting Pretti.
It was PRETTI who escalated the situation by thrashing around and resisting arrest by multiple agents, WHILE ARMED with a pistol and two extra clips of ammunition. Highly aggressive and angry and provoking agents on this occasion and in at least 2 prior videotaped incidents. As I said previously, amid confusion of muliple agents trying o restrain Pretti, an agent could have made a mistake when firing on Pretti, but whether 100% by the book or not, there was legitimate reason to think Pretti, armed, posed a threat to them, that justified firing on him.

It has been pointed out that if anything, UNDER-policing ten days prior, when Pretti (ON VIDEO) kicked out the tail-light on an ICE vehicle. Agents on that day got out of their SUV, wrestled Pretti to the ground and cuffed him, but ultimately did not charge him, and let Pretti go. If he had been arrested and jailed as he should have been, he would not have been on the street 10 days later to have continued his aggression against ICE / BP, that got him shot.

That would be a lie. The statement by Pretti’s family is written by them. Your attempt in dishonesty is no longer shocking WB

Pretti's family advised him "not to engage" with ICE agents, not to "do anything stupid".
But he did exactly that, showed up armed and highly confrontational with ICE agents, and got shot.


His parents did the opposite of what you say, they warned their son Alex Pretti NOT to do exactly what he did. And armed with two additional clips of ammo, at least another 30 rounds, as he flung himself at Border Patrol agents, and thrashed around while armed resisting arrest, making them concerned he would pull his handgun on them.

  "Multiple vehicles with many agents appear to be staging there," the alert continued. "One confirmed ICE vehicle seen was a maroon Dodge Durango [plate number], but it has driven away northbound on Nicollet." Fox News Digital has redacted the Florida license plate number included in the original message.
  
  ICE Assistant Director Marcos Charles said Sunday that the violence on the streets was "not a coincidence," considering the "chaos and mayhem" that agitators are fomenting in Minneapolis. At the same press conference, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) Commander-at-Large Greg Bovino confirmed that Pretti was "on the scene several minutes" before the fatal shooting.
  
  Video of the scene shows that as Pretti stepped into the middle of Nicollet Avenue to direct traffic, fellow agitators could be heard blowing whistles to alert locals that ICE officers were around. Soon after, Pretti ended up in a street confrontation with CBP agents, across the street from Glam Doll Donuts outside a worn storefront marked "NEW AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER," a nonprofit focused on immigration entry programs for Somalis.

  Within hours, socialist leaders turbocharged their "rapid responders" in Minneapolis and mobilized street protesters from New York City to Los Angeles.
  
  Media outlets, including CNN and MSNOW, described "angry protesters" but failed to identify the ideological networks behind the mobilization, even as protesters flashed their signs with their logos and names, touting socialism, communism and Marxism, on camera.
  
  The Minneapolis activation marked the beginning of an almost instantaneous weekend surge by far-left organizations, including hardened socialist and communist groups operating in an ecosystem that national security experts describe as an insurgent-style operation designed to exploit tragedy to wage a domestic political war.
  
  The strategy mirrors past mobilizations, including the aftermath of George Floyd’s killing in May 2020, and exploits well-intentioned public sympathy by rapidly framing Pretti — an intensive care unit nurse at a Veterans Administration hospital — as a symbol of resistance, much like Renee Good, the first victim of an ICE shooting in Minneapolis.

Some are also offshoots of the People’s Forum Inc., a nonprofit hub Singham has funded in New York City since 2017 as an "incubator" for socialist and communist groups. By Sunday afternoon, the video had 4.1 million views, alongside the outlet’s calls to support the People’s Republic of China, Venezuela’s Maduro and the communist revolution in Cuba.

  In lockstep, at 12:57 p.m., Democratic Socialists of America, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that elected Zohran Mamdani as mayor of New York City, posted a stark black-and-white graphic on X, calling the killing an "execution" and demanding, "ABOLISH ICE NOW."
  
  At the protest, Linda Sarsour, a Palestinian political operative who has led virulently anti-Israel protests with socialist organizations after the Oct. 7, 2023, attack against Israel by Hamas terrorists, rallied the crowd at the 4 p.m. protest, yelling, "We will bring this country to a halt!" The People’s Forum shared the 22-second video clip with the caption: "?HAPPENING NOW IN NYC."
  
  Other groups mobilized simultaneously, including Freedom Road Socialist Organization, a self-described Marxist-Leninist group that has waved its red flag with its acronym, "FRSO," in the middle of the protests since Good’s killing.

Gray spoke about Pretti while delivering a well-scripted appeal for a general strike to dismantle the "Trump regime" and promote "non-violent resistance." The segment did not disclose that Gray is a member of Socialist Alternative, the U.S. affiliate of the International Socialist Alternative, a "global fighting organization of workers, young people, and all those oppressed by capitalism and imperialism," seeking to create a "socialist world."
  
  Soon after, however, Socialist Alternative shared the interview proudly on Instagram, noting, "Chris Gray, Socialist Alternative member and next-door neighbor of Alex Pretti, speaks out."
  
  By evening’s end, at 9:44 p.m. ET, Gloria La Riva, a co-founder of the Party for Socialism and Liberation who has described herself as "a communist," posted a message on X, using the inflammatory language now normalized: "Alex Pretti was murdered in cold blood, everyone knows that. 10 shots in his back.   The maroon Dodge Durango that was allegedly outside Glam Doll Donuts on Nicollet Avenue is listed with three prior sightings: Jan. 11 at 3 p.m. at the Whipple federal detention facility, Jan. 13 at 1:15 p.m. and a final sighting at Powderhorn Park parking lot on 35th Street and 14th Avenue.
  
  It’s listed with the tags, "Seen in a convoy, Tinted/blacked-out windows, ICE agent(s) seen in vehicle," and a final verdict: "Confirmed ICE."
  
  As socialist organizations continued to dispatch their foot soldiers to Nicollet Avenue on Sunday evening, the Signal groups were as active as ever on Sunday, an alert going out at 4:37 p.m. ET, with rapid responders now chasing a black Dodge Durango around town.
  
  "2 confirmed ICE vehicles," the alert read, "...at least 2 agents in each vehicle."
