The photo-cover from SUPERMAN 289 is one I have special affection for. It's a visually striking and dynamic cover, and displays a number of DC staffers on the cover, posing for it. Jack Adler took the photo, as he did for many of these 1970's era photo-covers.
From left to right, pictured are Bob Rozakis, Cary Bates, Jack C. Harris, Carl Gafford (only an arm and leg visible from behind Harris), and E. Nelson Bridwell (directly behind horse's head). The Supermaan illustrated portion by Curt Swan/Bob Oskner.
