Greta Thunberg is back in the news, struggling for new relevancy by bashing Trump's policy to bring democracy to Cuba, and snuff out the last dying embers of the Castro regime.
Gutfeld and his panel ripped mercilessly on Greta Thunberg's pretentious grab for renewed social media attention. It occurred to me that Greta Thunberg is essentially an actress, auditioning for a new role, to regain world attention, fame, book sales, and other efforts to expand her little franchise.
Something she shares with Alexaanda Ocasio-Cortez, another bartender/actress who just showed up for an audition, to run as a vapid pretty face for a Democrat Congressional seat. In A O-C's case, she doesn't have a single intelligent thought in her head, and the two Democrat political strategists who hired her as a candidate literally scripted every publicly uttered word she said, for at least the first 2 years. And you can tell instantly when she goes off-script and says it in her own words, because in those moments it's crystal clear she's dumb as a rock.
In Thunberg's case, she comes from a long line of actors and public performers. Thunberg's grandfather is an actor and director, her father is an actor, and her mother is an opera singer. So she has a support network that teaches her how to refine her messaging for public consumption. Hers is performance art for an audience, not sincere political belief.
