Obama's 2015 agreement was to permit Iran to obtain nuclear weapons by... now, 2026. Actually, Oct 18 2025. And only Trump's ending that Obama JCPOA deal in May 2018, and 2 vigorous bombing campaigns on Iran in the last 9 months, prevented Iran from already having nukes to blackmail or destroy the world.
Trump's agreement (still in development and pending, for at least another 60 days) does NOT permit Iran to EVER obtain nuclear weapons.
And I suspect the terms that Trump is agreeing to are because he is virtually certain Iran will not honor their terms in the agreement.
Which would allow the U.S. and Israel to go right back in and bomb the Islamic regime ten times harder, and right back into the Stone Age.
