That's a pretty clear will of the voters. But then they just "refuse to honor" the election, and are still staying in their offices. { SEINFELD: "Oh yeah, that'll work out well." } I think I'll try that this year. When I have to pay taxes, or renew my annual business license, I'll just "refuse to honor" the state's mailed documents.
