It's difficult to find a news report in intelligible english.
Weirdly, ALL THREE of these Youtube videos I firs viewed in English on Youube. But when I hotlinked them here, they only play here in Spanish. But if you click in he lowwer right to watch them on Youtube, they all play on Youtube translated into English, but only play in Spanish as hotlinked here on RKMB.

The local police in Mexico shown in various regions all look disturbingly militarized. They look like soldiers deployed on a battlefield, and don't even look like police. It must be a dangerous place to live.
Thaank God Batman has risen up to protect them !

I doubt a single guy could do that. It's probably a group of people. An adult male, a teenage boy, a teenage girl, and a butler with a background in spec ops. And they are in cahoots with the police commissioner.
