I’m old enough to remember the 200th and it seemed like all the other 4th of July’s. The millennium was also not the big huge deal that I thought it might be. Lot of people I knew had to work or stayed home because of y2k fears. The 250th was I suppose special for me because I celebrated with my fiancé in our own home.
