There's a difference between someone being innocent, and having this guy who is actually a vocal leftist/activist, but just lacking the evidence to prosecute him. Jeanine Pirro made a valiant effort, and is a very experienced prosecutor and judge.
As opposed to the Democrat-Bolshevik agents of the DOJ and FBI under Obama, who truly knew the THOUSANDS of Republicans they prosecuted, for Jan 6th, for peaceful pro-life protests, for just speaking up at PTA meetings against woke indoctrination of their children, for Trump administration employees like Michael Flynn and Roger Stone, and Trump private company employees, who were all maliciously prosecuted, just to torment them, and just to intimidate tens of millions of other Trump supporters nationwide, at a cost of $450,000 to $700,000 each paid for their legal defense, against a limitless DOJ and FBI, who could just bury them in endless indictment after indictment, KNOWING they were innocent, and burying exculpatory evidence.
Neither Trump or Jeanine Pirro did that.
But Comey, McCabe, Strzok and the other Democrat agents at FBI and DOJ sure as hell did.
As they also did to innocent people at Enron and Arthur Anderson.
As they did to Martha Stewart.
As they did to Senator Ted Steven of Alaska, as they did to Scooter Libby.
People they knew to be innocent, but tormented and prosecuted, despite exculpatory evidence that THEY KNEW AND SUPPRESSED that proved their innocence.
Some of them tormented to their deaths.
Just because they could as (Democrat) FBI prosecutors , because it served a Democrat narrative.
In Sen. Ted Stevens' case, to destroy him in the polls, a popular Republican Senator for 40 years in Alaska, dropping a Comey / Meuller indictment right before the election, just so a Democrat could take his Senate seat.
And Sydney Powell represented Ted Stevens before the U.S. Supreme Court, and that conviction was reversed on appeal 8-0 ( 1 Justice abstaining), but even cleared, he still lost his seat to a Democrat-Bolshevik FBI, with a hidden agenda. And an exonerated Ted Stevens died soon after, from the stress of it all.
Same FBI prosecution plan used on Scooter Libby. FBI had the exculpatory evidence that proved Libby's innocence, but prosecuted him anyway, just to smear the Bush administration from 2004-2008. Even after Richard Armitage went public saying he was the one who unwittingly gave clues to reporter Robert Novak that allowed Novak to research a CIA directory to find out ambassador Joe Wilson's wife was CIA supervisor Valerie Plame.
But a Democrat-weaponized FBI prosecued Libby anyway, just to get a political scalp, just to allege corruption, to FALSELY hurt the Bush administration in the polls in the 2006 and 2008 elections.
And the same tactics using directors Douglas Shulman, John Koskinen and Lois Lerner in the IRS, to influence and rig the 2010 and 2012 elections in favor of the Democrats.
And ultimately, the ongoing multiple FBI coups against Trump, from 2016 to present, that have cost Trump over a billion dollars in court fees and fines for an endless onslaught of malicious prosecutions.
And have cost many other innocent people who couldn't afford legal defense against a limitless FBI their jobs, their businesses, their homes, and in 5 cases, their lives by suicide.
Before release of the Capitol surveillance video in mid-2023 finally PROVED their innocence.
And the Democrat "violent insurrection" narrative broken, most were instantly released from jail within days.
