Attkisson basically makes money doing reporting that won’t offend her maga audience. Her reporting when she was winning those awards is vastly different these days. The critical stories she once had for presidential administrations don’t seem to interest her when Trump is in office. I watched a piece she did on Jan 6 about over prosecuting but don’t see anything close to similar to Trump’s ICE reign of terror for example.

Then she was an investigative reporter for CBS News the second half of her career.
She was a liberal reporter for 40 years... she spent 8 years doing award-winning investigative reporting of the W.Bush administration, that often embarrassed Bush... and THEN she magically, after 40 years, began pandering to a MAGA audience?!? Does that make any sense?
Is she imployed by Fox News ? No. Is she employed by Newsmax? No. Is she employed by any other "right wing" publication or network? No.
But ACCORDING TO YOU, this self-described liberal reporter is suddenly a MAGA reporter, propagandizing a right wing talking points agenda. Despite that you can provide ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE to back that up. Sharyl Attkisson has appeared maybe a dozen times that I can recall on Fox News in 12 years, since she broke her contract and left CBS. Mostly to explain why she left CBS, to describe the FBI / CIA level of hacking to her computer, used to spy on her and to remotely access her computer and partially erase her stored work and research. And when she had tech investigators look at her computer, they basically said wow, this is really high-level stuff used on you, the kind of stuff that only FBI, CIA and defense agencies have access to. And she also argued the cause of neutral/objective news reporting, and the need to return to that standard, even as the mainstream media does the opposite, goes hard-left / Democrat-Bolshevik without the slightest shame.
The only difference in Sharyl Attkisson's reporting is that... when she was doing investigative reporting on the W. Bush administration, and that was hurting Bush' popularity, CBS executives were loving it. But when Attkisson began doing the EXACT SAME type of investigative reporting exposing and hurting Barack Obama's administration, CBS began heavily editing and blunting her news stories, or not airing them at all. Till she finally, in frustration, broke her contract and quit CBS.
All she ever did was try to do good investigative work and hold both political parties to the same standard. But CBS executives, as part of the "new journalism", want one-sided propaganda that props up Democrats and only attacks Republicans. And kills any stories that hurt the Democrats.
If Sharyl Attkisson is such a MAGA propagandist, why does she not have a high-paying position for Fox News, Newsmax, or some other overtly right-leaning publication? Your argument has no facts to support it.
