You gloss over that so you can go into another ridiculous harangue that really only convinces the rest of us that you hate wank to AOC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Obama's "real dad," or whatever weird fetish this hang up on "radical leftists" you have is about.

AGAIN: For every dollar taxes are raised, since at least when George H.W. Bush was president in 1990-1993, the federal government spends at least 1.5 dollars, for every new dollar in taxes. Likewise under Clinton, W.Bush, Obama, Trump and Biden.
The key is to reduce spending and end new deficits, not to tax people more, that inevitably just enables way more spending.

That is a manipulation and shaving of the facts. It is a fact that Barack Obama accumulated more debt in his 8 years than the debt created in 230 years of previous U.S. debt. And even worse under Biden's 4 years, rationalized by the Covid pandemic.
AGAIN: President Trump, treasury secretary Bessent and the Republicans are the only ones seriously discussing and making attempts to actually reduce the debt.
