It’s clear Castro lied and he also fired a gun into a home endangering everyone that was inside.

And like Alex Pretti was (who may have had a legally licensed gun, but was carrying enough clips of ammo to take on a small army, and was fighting agents when they saw his gun and shot him, and in all likelihood shot him precisely because they thought he was about to open fire ON THEM. You can be licensed to carry a concealed weapon, but they explain to you when going through mandatory gun training when licensed NOT to do exactly what Pretti did, in physically clashing with police while wearing your concealed-carry gun. That is the precise way to alarm police and get shot by police, who see your aggression and are forced to fire before being fired upon And there is video of Preti on other occasions being out on the street, very aggressively going after ICE agents, on one occasion ON VIDEO kicking ou the tail light on ICE agent's, SUV. This Alex Pretti jerk was not a peacefull hippie activist, this was a guy LOOKING for a fight with ICE, and he got exactly wha he was looking for..)
As I already said, I don't see that agent Castro lied, I see him in the rush of events not recalling details occurring for the length they occurred as later shown in the video found of it. But the facts are essenitally the same. HE WAS ATTACKED, whether that attack lasted 11 seconds or 3 minutes.
Under extreme stress, it could have seemed much longer in Castro's recollection than 11 seconds.
And it was the guy he was chasing who went into that apartment who put those people and children in danger., and maybe the fault of the people in the apartment who let the suspect in, to help him escape arrest. And in any case, the others were not harmed, only the VIOLENT CRIMINAL SUSPECT agent Castro shot in the leg. Who by the way, physically attacked Castro.
Petti was legally carrying a firearm and his last act before being piled on, beaten and shot multiple times was helping a protester up off the ground. Killing protesters because they’re in the way isn’t ok when there is eventually a trial.
Take a second look at that video with your glasses on.
Pretti may have partly been helping the other protester off the ground, but he was also fighting with officers and interfering with an arrest, physically confronting police.
Alex Pretti CHOSE to put on a gun, with a lot of clips of ammunition, before CHOOSING to jump on a crowd of police officers and thrash around fighting them.
AGAIN:Exactly what they train you NOT to do in basic required training, when being licensed to have a concealed-carry gun. And the video of him highly aggressively going multiple times at ICE agents on a previous day, and in rage kicking out the ICE SUV's tail light, shows you just how "peaceful" this radical leftist piece of shit was. He got exactly what he solicited, exactly what he deserved.
And even his parents in advance told Pretti a day before "not to do anything stupid" when attending protests.
But Pretti clearly did anyway.
