Presidents W.Bush, Obama and Biden have sent out checks to U.S. citizens over the last 25 years.
At least in Trump's case, his checks would not be new debt, but dividends of profit of tariffs and trade surpluses from Trump' policies, shared with taxpayers.
Or in the case of healthcare, allowing citizens to spend their tax dollars in order to select healthcare coverage that benefits them best, rather than letting Medicare and Medicaid federal agencies hose that money away, in some cases to millions of fraudulently registered non-existent Obamacare recipients.
Which is just another way for the Democrat party to funnel dark money to themselves and their political allies, such as in USAID, fraudulent SNAP benefits, and the massive healthcare fraud rampant across Minnesota, California, and many other states. That the Democrat-Bolshevik party never wants to take any action to stop, they just want to pass legislation to arrest and imprison any reporters who investigate or expose it.
