I see the beef shortage and importing of foreign beef as a temporary situation.

And Brooke Rollins certainly eliminated the high price of eggs (inherited from the previous Biden administration) down from over $7 a dozen, down to $2 a dozen, in a matter of 3 or 4 months.
So the beef situation should be something she can handle just as well.

Dave, if an official under Obama or Biden suggested that 'Muricans cut back on beef due to prices, your response would have been...?

I'm not clear that is exactly what Brooke Rollins said. But I acknowledge that is how it can be interpreted and spun, and that is not a good look.

I'd like to see where she was asked a follow-up question to clarify what she intended to say. But the liberal media and the Democrat/Left certainly would not give us that quote, and keep it in the worst light possible, not clarify with any more favorable choice of words.

I recall MANY "let them eat cake" type statements by officials in the Obama and Biden administrations.
