I believe I was very clear that I would prefer that money be used to pay down the cumulative debt. But yes, the checks would no be additional spending. The money Americans have already spent on Obamacare, and the revenue gained from tariffs and the $21 trillion (so far) invested in the U.S. for research, development, and factories that will grow the economy, mean that Trump's plan o send out checks, unlike the checks of W. Bush, Obama and Biden, are essentially paying for themselves, offset by growth.
And by the way, you had NO OBJECTION for over 15 years here, to these past presidents over the last 20 years sending out checks that were NOT paid for.

Trump's policies are building a United States with a clear vision for the future, where the U.S. is on the path to be the economic and technological world leader for the next century, with both new factories and jobs creating new tax revenue to pay down the debt over the coming decades.
With all the brightest and the best nations and corporations investing that $ 21 trillion in the U.S., to build and share in that future prosperity.
Whereas with Hillary Clinton, or Joe Biden, or Kamala Harris, or the other Democrat-Bolsheviks, we would be surrendering our U.S. sovereignty to China and a nuclear-armed Iran, and be on the path to ruin.
