Elongated Man - Ralph Dibny
I mean what's the point of this guy? He was in the JLA yeah, but those backup stories in Brave& The Bold sucked and he was always just a shmuck, like he was trying too hard to be Plastic Man+Batman but lacking the outrageous humor or detective intrigue of either. Why kill Aquaman & Hippolyta? Give Ralph the flick.
