i think he was called "battle armor" heman -- he was a regular heman figure, but, he wore an armor "shirt."
in the center (like, where superman's S shield is), there was this .... section... thing, that if you hit it once, it would flip around to reveal damage (like a skeletor sword swipe!). hit it again, and it showed more damage!! ... course, he's he-man after all, and, two sword strikes were the most he could suffer. 
i also liked ram-man, just cuz he had those spring loaded feet, and could actually hop! ... til i broke'em.
