I suppose you might have a point there. Mark Waid adressed one of Superman's primary weaknesses in Kingdom Come, his inability to rationalize the use of extreme violence, to sacrifice, to compromise, under any circumstance. Wonder Woman, a warrior, is more than willing to do whatever it takes in battle, and I would bet Thor shares that trait.
