Hard to say. Perhaps he could be considered noble, but in comparison others are way more noble. He goes out of his way to slaughter bad guys whereas others make it their duty to kill no one. At least I think. I'm not exactly sure how Marvel philosophy works. On that note, I don't think Frank Castle could lift it.
