That Angel bloke who was a member of the JLA could probably have lifted it,cant remember his name right now.
I'd also say that pre-Emerald Dawn Hal could have lifted it,back in the day when he was fearless not neurotic!
Connor Hawke would also be a fairly good candidate.
Thanagarian Hawkman might also have a lot of the necessary qualities.
Spidey,Wolvey & Daredevil are all mentally weak,with them either suffering from doubt,breakdowns or animalistic behaviour!
