And even in the future "Dark Knight" universe he leads the mutants et al!
I'd say in his head he is a loner,but in his heart he is a team player!
Just trying to remember correctly but I think Masterson had the essence of Thor inside him or something like that. Kinda like Captain Marvel & Rick wotsisname shared the same body. He didnt actually lift the hammer,he picked up the stick!
More I think about it the more I seem to remember something along the lines of Masterson risking his life to save someone/help Thor or something like that,which resulted in him recieving a near fatal injury & Odin merged him with Thor to save his life.
Of course I am probably way off mark as I was never a huge Thor fan!
