Don't blame DC. Alan has just been really slow. The only new ABC HCs/trades you are likely to see in the next 6 months are Tom Strong and Promethea. Both of which are about due as DC prints trades every 6 or 7 issues. Promethea is the onlt title that even comes out on a regular basis. Hardcovers are printed to order, sold out and then put in aTPB. Once you see a TPB of an ABC.DC hardcover that means Hardcovers have been sold out. Ebay is your likely source for Promethea volume 2. Jerry Ordway will be giving Chris Sprouse a break on Tom Strong and expect 3 issues to ship relatively quickly when that happens... A new Tomorrow Stories trade/hc may never happen.
