Mxy, the only way that story would end would be with another Crisis style reboot that was writen by real writers and not the fanboys working on the comics now.

And such a crisis would have to bring forth a new origin ,not a stupid ass rehash that only assholes like KKK can enjoy because it reminds them of the crap they liked when they were drooling children peeing in their pants.

As for not needing to know 17 years worth of stories to enjoy comics... SHOW me a comic that requieres that kind of knowledge.

No such thing exists... not that you'd know that since you only make blanket statements without actually knowing what the hell you're talking about.

See, people can enjoy the Star Wars movies even though the originals are over 20 years old because they can go rent them.

People will enjoy upcoming the Indiana Jones movie because they'll have seen the originals on TV or tape, DVD, whatever a hundred times.

Same with comics.

Your stupid ass remark about 17 year old continuity implies that these comics can't be read today, that new readers are somehow unable to get their hands on those old stories and thus they can't understand the current ones that make references to them.

This is bullshit since, as anyone with half a brain knows, such stories are available as tps and back issues which any one with real curiosity about the stories can go and buy, same way they rent the movies I mention above.

NOT that I expect people like you to understand such a thing, it's easier for you to say how stupid continuity is and blah, blah, etc, bs, bs, than in actually opening your eyes and noticing that the comic book industry today is not what it was 20-25 years ago.

Back then getting background info on characters was harder than today as there were not as many tps or comic book stores with back issue bins... or internet sites that have all the information any new reader might need to enjoy a comic.

That you, KKK, Bastard and others are too stupid to understand such a simple thing is really your problem, no one elses.

Your collective stupidity and ignorance is not reason enough for comics to revert back to the way they were done 40 years ago, which is what they're doing now, to catter to you, not real readers...

Comics are like a Rorschach test; everyone has a different opinion on what they are and can be...
