If Mark Waid or Mort write it then Superman wins with both hands tied behind his back, wearing a blind fold and with his legs cut off at the knee.

They make Superman into a being more powerful than the Gods themselves so characters like Thor, Galactus and Jesus wouldn't posse a threat to him.

If he's writen by a real writer and uses the powers he should have then it go something like this
