I simply create an alternate reality
in which that character lives on, either
with a similar character I create or
as themselves. ( I prefer to use my own
characters , mostly. )

Comics are from the imagination. So I imagine
my OWN comics. I have 40 characters. I put them
in stories of my own, either when I cannot sleep,
or at the dentists, or when unpleasant thoughts
overtake me. I would not want to try doing it
for a living, THAT good I ain't..But it beats
mourning the loss of a special character that you've
gotten to know care about.

Under Clairmount, Illyana was special.I miss her.

I brought Back those from the 60's. Prince Planet.
The heroes from Space stars - Kid Comet, Elektra
and Moleculad.

Used to actually draw the adventures but that got
tedious.

That way, they sometimes come back. And it's
like in a Way, I never lost em.
