I know very little about either of these characters.

My gut feeling is that while The Hulk might begin with the upper hand, Superman will be the ultimate winner.

Superman will be fighting using brain and brawn while the hulk will rely on strength and animal cunning.

Superman's ability to remain calm and level headed will win him the fight because he will be able to exploit The Hulk's weaknesses.
