I'm sure the Navy is completely "innocent" [yuh huh] :lol: [wink] about a lot of things, but at some point a publicity-guy working for the Navy paid a sum out of the government's coffers to specifically have the irritating cardboard insert placed in DC Comics' comics for November 2002. That DC Comics took the money and did so isn't something I'm pleased about, either.
