No, the picture is a fake. I think a poster by the name of Jokerswild doctored it and posted it on the Batman DCMB's. There's also a version with Tommy Elliot's face instead of Jason Todd's on the ComicBoard's Batman MB. The picture may actually be authentic Jim Lee, but I don't think Jason Todd is Hush. Could be Loeb and Lee's way of feeding the fans disinformation to keep the mystery afloat.

Hey guys. Just looked at the Tommy pic... it is obviously doctored. If you look at the head, it seems awkward to the rest of the body and the art. It is positioned wrong, and its shading/construction is clearer than the rest of the image. The Jason one, on the other hand, looks to be the real deal. The key for me is the wording in the cliffhanger: "Next issue: Batman vs. Robin." It is very reminiscent of Jim Lee's style, and I think an image such as this would be neigh impossible to copy.

Jim Lee's style is about the easiest to copy. Look at the early 90s Image/Wildstorm/X-Men books.

Hell, look at Art Thibert when he pencils.

Well considering the text, "and this time, you lose" made me believe that Hush was Tommy (because of the games they would play when they were kids), but then I read the caption text, and now I think that Hush is Jason Todd. So I decided to compare that gravestone to the one in Batman #615, and its different. Thomas Elliots gravestone has an angel kneeling with its arms out. The one in the pictures has its head straight and its hands together in a prayer position. So that must mean...

Should I post more spoiler space? I guess not...

Anyway, the Jason Todd picture could also have been easily doctored. Someone could have scanned in a recent picture of Nightwing from Batman #615 and cut and pasted his head over the real Hush's head.

But in the end, who knows?

One question: if they DO bring back Jason Todd... is this going to be a permanent decision? To bring him back as a villain... Sigh... I mean, I thought HUSH would be cool, but we figured this shit out after the 2nd damn issue. I'm hoping this is just a hoax...
