Yeah, I think it's a big time red herring. There's no way Jason Todd would be as old as he appears in that pic in DCU time. Also, that head doesn't look quite right. Somebody at DC looks to be having some fun.
Although it would be really cool if it was a ruse by Hush to really fuck with Bats' head. I'd give Loeb props for that.
