Batman #355, January 1983. It was included in The Greatest Batman Stories Ever Told, VOL. 2. There's also a wonderful Earth-One story dealing with much the same thing, "The Autobiography of Bruce Wayne," collected in VOL. 1 (the issue it originated in is The Brave and the Bold #197).
The early '80s was a great time for Batman. :)
