Douglasville, GA, located about halfway between Atlanta and Alabama both physically and psychically.

I pass by there every time I go to Six Flags!!!
Ha! Mrs. matlock and I got season tix this year (the Princess Madeline gets in free.) 32 years old and it's the first time I ever got one.
That's awesome!

I got a season pass this year too... I also used it at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom when I was driving past in Louisville. It's cool that they are good at all Six Flags parks.

I love the DC-Related rides there. Superman and Batman are both loads of fun! I like how Batman is very spinny and loopy (but still smooth), very much like Bats slinging his way around Gotham City, and Superman, while not as intense, just is pure magic. It makes you feel like Superman, and it is one of the ONLY "flying coasters" in the world. We're very lucky to have it at Six Flags over Georgia. Oh, and if you're ever able to ride Deja Vu (it's down most of the time) I highly recommend it. I have never had so much pure, wonderful terror on a rollercoaster.

I still haven't ever got to ride the Superman coaster, (I just can't bring myself to say I haven't ridden Superman) but hopefully we'll be having a day for just us overgrown kids soon.

Of course, I'm such a stick-in-the-mud that I still like the Scream Machine best of all. And I wish they'd bring back Mo-Mo the Monster.

My Mom and sisters have gotten season passes to Six Flags New England for two summers now, and I'm feeling well enough nowadays where I'm hoping to go on a guest-pass sometime. Splash Harbor's right up my alley; stay cool in the water, maybe catch a couple of the rides (Batman!) early before the heat of the day sets in. I just need to save up some cash to buy Marvin the Martian stuff while I'm there... [biiiig grin]
