I've met and gotten sketches from Jeff Moy a couple times.

I also had a very nice chat once at a con with Tom & Mary Bierbaum while they were still writing for the LSH.

I have an awsome Ultra Boy/Apparition drawing from him (Sprouse). He took so long sending it to me, he inked and colored it.

Never met any - but I don't go to the conventions (none here locally and I'd rather spend my $ on the comics).

I'd like to read about your Curt Swan encounter, Dev. I love his art & have the book about him.

Curt Swan was a really nice guy. I got him to sign a variety of books (Superman and the like), as well as my freshly purchased first appearance of Ultra Boy from Superboy #98.

It's in a shell on my wall at home.

Awesome -- I loved his version of those two. Any chance you can scan and post it somehow?

I can at least take a digital pic and send it to ya. May take a few days to get to it.

Forgot about Waid, for some reason. I've spoken with him a time or two, the last being in Chicago, when I was hanging out with the Fan contingent of the Pro/Fan Trivia Challenge.

Haven't had a bad experience with a Legion-associated pro yet.

Sprouse was a very quiet person and very laid back.

I met mark Waid when he was just writing born to run. he was very friendly and genuinely happy to have me ask him to sign a few books. he was very funny and had a vast knowledge from what i could tell..he was with Augustyn at the time..those guys were amusing together. I talked to them for a while..I can't even remember what about honestly..
I don't know if he's changed at all, but a very nice guy...

Mike Mignola, P Craig Russell, Roger Stern, Bernie wrightson, sergio aragonnes and Walt Simonson were the nicest guys I ever met at cons..although I don't know that any of them did anything for the legion...that was more of a comment..
