"Klordny" is a 30th/31st century week-long festival. It is held during the Sunday to Saturday which contains August 13 and was mentioned in Superboy and the LSH #232. The ritual Klordny toast is "To Freedom, Friendship and Frunt".
Frunt has never been defined, that I have been able to learn.
On the Smirdnay before Klordny, whenever that is, The Cosmic Boy Death League ritually kill Cosmic Boy for having become such a creep post-boot.
The APA Klordny took its name from the festival, although Klordny has nothing to do with bikini car washes, officially. However, Saturn Girl was wearing her pink bikini costume when SLSH #232 was published.
