I liked Steve Lightle's original run & glad to see him back for more. Storywise it leaves us with a kinder gentler Umbra. I wonder if her powers are any different? The new costume works for me except it kind of looks crouchless. It's supposed to be a metal buckle or something? To bad about Grev, guess there will be no Shadow Lad postboot.

yeah, I'm dissapointed that it turned out to be Grev in the shadowland. RIP Shadow Lad.

I'm wondering if Tasmia is in bright light, does the costume melt away? It's her shadow power she's wearing rather than an actual costume.

Her powers do seem a lot more different than ever before. After what's happened to Obsidian there might be some long lasting reprucussions with how her powers are displayed.

I thought it looked amazing. But the story it self was rather crappy really. The darkness was being naughty, she said no bugger off, all was well. They didnt even try to come up with a reason for why she wears an S.

She wears the S because she's a Supergirl wannabe dummy!

Doh how thick I am.

Well she would still about 100 times better then the man in a unitard currently calling himself Supergirl in the action comics.

Thanks, Minty. I've been hoping that someone would point that out. I guess this was a case of the answer being hidden in plain sight. That's always the last place you think to look.

Oh, and the costume isn't made of Shadowforce. After all, she is shown putting it on before she gets her powers back.

I'm glad agood number of you liked the art. It was certainly fun to get to play in the Legion sanbox again.
