I wanna join to, dang it. If you're gonna make a team, I've gotta be in
it. Here are the top 5 reasons.
5. I know a lot of chicks. Not saying that I can actually score with any
of them, but at least 45% of them can remember my name.
4. I make good money. I can be that mystery guy who funds the team for his
own secret purpose. Then, in JLMB #100, I can be revealed as the teams
benefactor when I throw my cards on the table and attempt to force all of
you to either do my bidding or give up your real life heroics...
3. I make a mean cheesecake. It's fluffy AND filling!
2. I'm black. Now admit it, every superhero team, at one time or another,
has a black member. Whether the character is cool or not, they all do it
so the team can be considered "in touch". Yeah, maybe Panther, Steel, GL
John Stewart, Cyborg, J. J. Thunder, Mr. Terrific, and even Power Man have
all developed into really cool, three-dimensional characters, but they all
started out as badly written, one-dimensional shells of a human being....
That's me in a nutshell.
