Decree 2: Leadership ballot

2.1. The JLR leadership ballot shall commence one week prior to the JLR anniversary each year, with results made public upon the JLR anniversary itself (20th November).

2.2. At the time of the ballot, all active posters of the group adventure of choice shall be eligible for JLR leadership.

2.3. In 2004, the JLR leadership ballot shall commence on Saturday 13 November (probably Sydney time, which means Friday 12 November for everyone else ) with results to be made public on Saturday 20 November 2004.
