Glomad Beefnickle (that's a cool, eccentric name, BTW -- I approve [biiiig grin] ) -- you can add your own picture (or "avatar") by clicking on the link at the top which says my profile.

Once you're there, simply click on View/Update Profile.

That will take you to a page in which you can alter the details of the profile for your username. There's a line that says: "Avatar image:" with a link on the right side of the screen that says "Select a different Avatar Image". Just click on that and look for the pic you want under your name.
