Background: During the JLR's initial dimensional shift, B.A.O. was trasported to the Dragonball universe where his unconscious form was discovered-and healed-by Dende, Guradian of the Earth. Almost immediately the young being's immense power was sensed by the dimension's most powerful warriors. They befriended B.A.O. and elected to train him intensely in a reconstructed Room of Spirit and Time (also referred to as the Hyperbolic Time Chamber) individually over the course of a month. In many instances B.A.O. performed beyond the level of his peers. B.A.O.'s training came to an abrupt end when he was once again ripped across the fabric of the spacetime continuum. B.A.O. found himself in the midst of the battle between Chant and the Justice League Reality, whom he immediately recognized as his teammates. He adopted the guise of (young) Nightwing and resumed his duties as an active member of the JLR.

Powers: (young) Nightwing is a skilled practitioner of various martial arts. He can summon energy for the purposes of flight, concussive blasts or the transformation known as Ascension (A reference to its Saiyan counterpart, Ascendant Super Saiyan). The concentration/magnification of his internal energy results in a marked increase in the scope of his abilities. Upon his introduction to the JLR, (young) Nightwing's latent ability to attract females of various species was triggered. The extent of this power is currently unknown.

Weaknesses: (young) Nightwing's power requires a degree of control; at its utmost limits, such precision poses difficulty and potential physical strain.

Motivations: (young) Nightwing is driven by a past he can't quite make sense of. He can recall mentors as well as what they have taught him, but the precise timeframe of such events is still unclear to him. It a burden which nothing can seem to completely alleviate. Nonetheless, (young) Nightwing is determined to counteract tyranny and injustice in its numerous forms.
