But, I knew that Grimm didn't know, and, in not knowing, didn't know that Danny knew.

But, wait. He didn't.

Danny knew that he didn't know that Grimm knew that he didn't know, before knowing that Mxy knew.

So, if Mxy didn't know, then Doc must have known. Unless he knew that knowing was not what he knew.
