In most of the world there aren't, it's just responsability of the bar keeper to sell or not alchoolic beverages to anyone.
There is a point here. La Perdita may not have the same standards for drinking.
I know, i was just throwing out some college related humor.

By me, two bars are right down the block from each other but are both on different police districts. Whenever one is having a really good night, the one in the other district calls the cops on them for "under age drinkers." As it turns out, this about ever other day [DOH!]
