Actually, I kinda like that. The 13th (oooooh, bad luck) floor as the Memorial floor.
Pete should have a memorial there now, too.
Maybe there should also be a room on one of the floors that could be made into a "trophy room," distinct from the memorial room and thus on a different floor... after all, every team has a trophy room, don't they? Long-standing cliche, I know, but one of the better ones.
