Shouldn't we wait for a complete resolution of the EPS part of the story? I mean, it still lacks Vidalia and Lochlan point of view, I don't think it would be "right" to have those in an other issue.
About the IBG, since we have the EPS (Elitium Protection Squad, if I remember it correctly) and the MBL from the old Universe, I don't see why we shouldn't have a IBG. With a different meaning, and maybe a only one apparition could be fun without bringing back anything more than the other two groups should.
The acronym (is this an English word?) could designate something releted only to the mysterious leader.
Rogues gallery is only the collection of the foes of the team, this, yes, a not totally acceptable concept, since they are not even really superheroes... but this is, also, my only two euro-cent.
