May I make a suggestion as a somewhat neutral bystander?

JUST FUCKING WRITE!!!!

Do you all realize that you post and debate MORE about what should/could/and/or/may be in the Talk threads than you do an actual story?!

Some of you are rushing to try and fucking come up with the next great human epic. Some of you are writing small bits of humor and nostalgia. And NONE of you seem to be having any fun doing it!

What happened to just writing to write? What happened to the fun of allowing characters to build themselves and just seeing where the story takes you? Why must everything be pre-determined in the Talk threads, rather than seeing how it all plays out?

Sure, you're going to have some really shitty, convulated, nonsensical stories that will make no fucking sense whatsoever. And, with some, you'll accidentally come together on a roll and write some of the best drama-action-epic plays to ever be put down in word. That's how you got the Ragnorak Endeavor. BUT, that's ALSO how we got The Triarchy War. Either way, you will ALWAYS get the same stuff if you all try to so passionately control the creative flow around you.

This is all I'm saying. And trust me, from a guy who has just/still IS trying to sift through all the history and cast that you've already created, the deeper you dig this hole, the less and less ANYONE will want to try to join in the stories.

That's my piece. Love it. Hate it. Disagree. Couldn't agree more if you WERE me. Whatever. You all have a right to your opinions and creativity, and I'm not telling you that you're wrong, per se.

I'm just telling you what I see.
