About the EPS and why everybody keeps writing them as the enemies, Chewy, is because, I think, that their purpose have never been revealed. I still have a problem dealing with the EPS, I am unable to write them properly, basically beacause I have not yet grasped completely the concept.

We know that they "procure" metahumans to study their DNA, and they train them to have them "procure" more metahuman, and so on. With the destruction of MCCA, they have lost any ties with the government (at last, no replacement has been shown). They are self financed by the revenues of the buildings above. So, Walker is completely on his own, he has no one to respond to. So, what is his true goal?

Also, they have never been really depicted as "not bad" guys. During the revolt at the Zoo, they have only haked data and procured blood sample. Then, they have inoculated the plague in a few dozen of metas, in the process killing hundreds of meta and norms, and then in the "Revolution" they have mostly procured metas,instead of protecting the population (apart some cases). Lastly, and more important, they have kidnapped a child and keeps him away from the one adult legally entitled to his care.

This is not a critique, I really love the concept and the rendition of the EPS teams, I believe they are the best part of the new universe.

Just, Walker is written as an amoral character with a total disregard of the law and of social issues, so I don't get why you (and Av) keep saying he and his team are not bad. [Smile]
