I like the new country idea. I specially like the little city idea. A little city is not like a little town. A little town is like... "Smallville", with farms and that stuff, and is kind of is out of date. A little city (like the one I live in) has all the technology from a big city, but everything is smaller (malls, main streets, parks). Also, the same people bump into each other. It's not as easy as in a small town to know everyone, but still it's friendlier than a big city.
I like the idea of living in a building. If it's on one apartment or in the entire building, I love it either way.
I think eventually we'll have a time traveling adventure. Maybe it's gonna happen in 5 years, but it's gonna happen. For that, I wanna be prepared.
Has anybody read "Superman: Time and Time Again"? It's a really good time travelling Superman saga. What I liked the most was something Jerry Ordway did:
A few months before that storyline started, Ordway introduced a new villian called Mister Z, that was apparently immortal, and that claimed he had met Superman before. He "died" and left Superman wondering why he thought they had met before. Then, during his time travels, Superman ended up in the 30's, where he met Mister Z for the second time, first time for the villian, explaining the mystery.
I liked that concept, and I'd like to be prepared to do something like that someday...
