The idea of a child of Lucifer is fascinating. Lucifer has displayed next to no interest in sex (setting aside the innuendo from other characters in the comic that he does have sex with Mazikeen), and probably wouldn't feel the urge to perpetuate his bloodline since he probably would think he will last forever.

I'm pretty sure he confirmed they were having sex, back in House of Windowless rooms, but he doesn't seem to be all that driven. Let alone like the fatherly type. On the other hand, the Basanos interrupted Maz and Luci just as they seemed about to have a big revelatory discussion of their relationship after she declared war on him, so they may catch up where they left off, and fill us in, at some later point. Hopefully - cause it would be interesting to know. "
