I find it funny that:
1. The very first part of the ground war in Iraq involved sening Paratroopers to the oil fields to help liberate the Iraqi's from their oil.

2. Even before the end of "major hostilities" Haliburton had teams working 24 hours a day to build a pipeline from Iraq into Kuwait.

Isn't it Ironic that at the same time we were declaring the war wasn't about oil and that the "Iraqi oil belongs to the Iraqi people"

The Iraqi people haven't seen dime one of oil money while haliburton stock has more than doubled. Thus Dick Cheny's net worth has doubled as well.

Please say to my face that this war was not about oil
